L'Atzúbia 4 km from Pego: Farm estate "Eretat", 2 storeys. In the resort 3 km from the centre of Pego, in a quiet position, 10 km from the sea. Private: property 10'000 m2, garden with wildlife garden and flowers, swimming pool (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower. Shop 1 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 4.8 km, sandy beach 13 km. Golf course (18 hole) 13 km. Hiking paths: VAll de la Gallinera. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Lively place on a fantastic location, at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park in front of the Marine Reserve of Cap de Sant Antoni. Currently, this historic town is the Capital of Creative Gastronomy by UNESCO and is world-famous for its culinary offer. Supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, broad and animated nightlife complete the offer with sun and beach. Large shopping centre "Portal de la Marina" in Ondara (8 km from Denia). Connections: access via good highway. Train station in the town has connections with Alicante, maritime station with connections to Palma, Ibiza and Formentera. Bus connection. Javea 8 km. Gandia 30 km. Benidorm 50 km. Prestigious 18-hole golf course "La Sella". The castle over the city has marvelous panoramic views. Archeological museum and Etnological museum. During periods of drought, there may be water interruptions and/or restrictions and we recommend you not to drink the tap water. In many urbanisations, a car is necessary. Oma auto välttämätön, palvelut 3-4 km etäisyydellä. Hyvät polkupyöräilylenkit, paljon nousuja ja laskuja. Rahalle hyvä vastine. Kaiken kaikkiaan oikein hyvä, tilaa sopivasti ja hyvä varustelutaso.

Nicht ausreichende Liegen, Pool verschmutzt bei Ankunft, sanierungsbedürftig. Alte riechende Möbel im Wohnzimmer. Nicht ausreichendes Küchenutensil. Kochherd defekt. Fliesen im Aussenbereich defekt, kann zu Verletzungen führen. Ungepflegtes Grundstück. Türen schließen nicht richtig. Fenster undicht. Infomaterial vom Haus und Umgebung kaum vorhanden. Wir genossen den schönen Ausblick mit Limetten, Zitronen und Olivenhainen Die stilvoll eingerichtete Finca verfügt über saubere, gemütliche Schlafräume, und ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer. Waschmaschine, Trockner und Fön, gehören auch zur Ausstattung. Die Sonnenterrasse mit 6 gemütlichen Liegen und überdachtem Tisch begeisterte uns. Der Pool ist klein aber wunderbar. Wir sind täglich geschwommen und spielten Wasserball.Das Einzige, was uns störte, war die Lautstärke im nahe gelegenem Bergwerk.

Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis des Hauses ist in Ordnung. Hauptkritikpunkt ist, dass es keinen Mückenschutz an den Fenstern gibt. Zumindest zu unserer Reisezeit gab es sehr viele Mücken. Fast alle Sonnenliegen sind durchgelegen. Die Küchenausstattung im Oberstock ist sehr minimal. Das Kochfeld im Erdgeschoss macht nicht immer das was es soll. Der Pool ist nach wie vor reperaturbedürfig. Das Auto sollte nicht zu groß sein, weil sonst die Zufahrt möglicherweise stressig wird.
