Gas heating. Patio, small garden. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the garden. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 small pets/ dogs allowed. Cosy country house "Giuggiolo", surrounded by trees and vineyards. 3 houses in the residence. 4 apartments in the residence. In the hamlet Casaglia 4 km from the centre of Poggibonsi, 11 km from the centre of San Gimignano, 30 km from the centre of Siena, in a sunny position, in the countryside. For shared use: large, beautiful garden 5'000 m2 (fenced) with plants and trees, meadow, swimming pool (14 x 7 m, depth 120 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 02.May. - 03.Oct.). Terrace, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Heating to be paid on the spot (01.Nov. - 31.Mar.). 800 m long motor access to the grounds (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, railway station "Poggibonsi" 4 km. Please note: residence with electric gates. The owner lives in the same residence. Wine tasting in a wine cellar near San Gimignano 17 km away 1x per stay included (on request).

Nous étions ravis des 2 semaines passées dans cette location. Le cadre avec le jardin et la piscine est exceptionnelle. L'appartement est fonctionnel. La location est très bien placée pour visiter les villes et lieux principaux de la Toscane. Merci à D. et sa famille pour leur gentillesse et l'accueil.

Ein wirklich schönes und gepflegtes Anwesen. Sehr schöner Pool. Wunderschöne Lage, Toskanafans kommen hier voll auf ihre Kosten. Man muss sich aber darauf einlassen, dass das Haus ein gewisses Alter hat und der Standard nicht mit modernen Ferienappartements mithalten kann. Für uns hat es gepasst. Der Vermieter D. ist zudem überaus nett und hilfsbereit und spricht hervorragend deutsch. Jederzeit wieder!

Okolica bajeczna, piękny, zadbany ogród i basen. Ale samo mieszkanie (nr 6) dla naszej 5-osobowej rodziny było dużym rozczarowaniem: bardzo skąpe wyposażenie (i nie chodzi o zmywarkę lub pralkę, lecz na przykład kubki i szklanki), rozkładane łóżko się rozlatuje, klamki zostają w rękach, nie ma moskitier w oknach, przez co upalne wieczory i noce są męczące z powodu insektów. Około połowę metrażu zajmują obszerne klatki schodowe, więc tak naprawdę jest dość ciasno. Skąd te 3 gwiazdki? Nie polecam.

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage und gepflegtes Anwesen. Die Unterkunft entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Es fehlen ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Der Vermieter ist erreichbar und versucht alles so schnell wie möglich umzusetzen.

Die Gartenanlage ist in Ordnung, der Pool ist schön, aber die in der Wohnung vorhandenen Informationen waren ungenügend, die Heizung war nicht eingeschaltet, die Wohnung roch fürchterlich nach Zigarettenqualm und zur Bedienung des TV waren keinerlei Informationen vorhanden (funktionierte somit nicht bzw. nur sehr eingeschränkt). Bei Starkregen regnete es durch die geschlossenen Fenster, die Dachrinnen waren offensichtlich verstopft, auch der Hauseingangsbereich war über Tage geflutet.

Très minimaliste au niveau des équipements menagers, pas de four de micro ondes ni de cafetière electrique. Une bouilloire électrique dont le couvercle ne fermait pas. Nous avons eu une semaine complète avec des odeurs d'égout dans le logement et sommes restés 24 h sans eau chaude. Le propriétaire a réagi un peu tardivement pour le chauffe eau quand aux odeurs d'égout il a réagi lorsqu'il est venu régler le problème d'eau chaude alors qu'il nous avait signalé ce problème d'odeur lié à une tempête. J'oubliais aucune armoire dispo pour ranger les vêtements bref je n'y retournerai pas

Groot appartement, verdeeld over drie etages. Grote slaapkamer, 1 kleinere en badkamer op 2e etage. Keuken, kamer en badkamer op 1e etage. Aan achterzijde van het gebouw gelegen. Aan rustige weg (strada bianca).

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren, erholsamen Urlaub in einer traumhaften Umgebung und einer sehr schönen Unterkunft. Jederzeit wieder!

Wir waren von der Idylle, in der das Landhaus liegt, begeistert. Ein riesiger Garten mit Pinien, Zypressen und einem sehr schönen, gepflegten Swimmingpool und das Ganze inmitten einer toskanischen Hügellandschaft. Das Appartment ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, die tollen Steinböden und Holzbalkendecken verleihen ein rustikales Flair. Der sehr nette Besitzer, der ausgezeichnet Deutsch spricht, gab uns bei einer Weinprobe Einblick in den toskanischen Weinbau. Vielen Dank ...!

l'appartamento è ijn tipico stile toscano,ma è molto confortevole. forse manca un pò di tecnologia moderna come lavastoviglie o una tv un pò più recente con un divano più comodo...ma non siamo venuti qui per questo! la piscina fantastica ci ha permesso un completo relax e la posizione è perfetta per raggiungere facilmente città come Firenze, Siena e Pisa. immerso nelle colline toscane ci ha regalato tramonti favolosi. Proprietario gentilissimo e molto disponibile!
