In the hamlet Rietine 4 km from the centre of Gaiole in Chianti, 12 km from the centre of Radda in Chianti, 40 km from the centre of Siena. For shared use: terraced garden, 1'000 m2 with plants and trees, natural garden, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 170 cm, seasonal availability: 02.May. - 03.Oct.). Shower/WC in the pool area, terrace, barbecue. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). Parking on the premises. E-charging station. Grocery 4 km, supermarket 15 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Local sale of farm products. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.

Die Vermieter sind supernett und sehr bemüht. Leider gibt es aber einige gravierende Mängel, die abgestellt werden müssen. Austattung Bad und Schlafzimmer gut, Wohnbereich ungemütlich.Küche nicht sauber, es fehlten einige nötige Utensilien. Die ital. Kaffeemaschinen funktionierten nicht, da defekt, bzw. der Gasdruck des Herdes ungenügend war. Nach 4 Tagen fiel das WLAN aus und wurde auch nicht mehr repariert. Es gab 3 versch. Wassergläser und nur 1 Weinglas, usw. Kein Wäschewechsel...

Die Unterkunft war ... Iris H.

Die Unterkunft war genauso, wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren zu unserem Reisezeitraum die einzigen Mieter. Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich, hilfsbereit und flexibel. Ratsam ist es, den Vermieter in der Metzgerei in Gaiole aufzusuchen und nicht die Unterkunft direkt anzusteuern. Wir waren unsicher, wo genau sich das Haus befindet.

Sehr schöner Ausblick ins Tal, wenn man die vordere Wohnung hat, dafür weniger aufgeheizt, wenn man die nach hinten heraus gelegenen Wohnungen hat. Der kleine Ort auf dem Berg und das im Tal gelegene Gaiole sind sehr schön. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern ist sehr freundlich, locker und unkompliziert, der Pool gehört zwar nicht zum Haus sondern zu dem nebenan, ist aber in Sekunden erreicht und absolut super - die Kinder haben ihn geliebt. Einschränkungen vielleicht: Die Küche ist etwas dürftig ausgestattet und das Haus ist durch die Teilung in drei Teile recht hellhörig.
