15 m a.s.l. >>Well-known, family-friendly bathing resort directly by the Costa degli Etruschi, 17 km south from Castiglioncello, 17 km west from Bolgheri, 75 km north from Castiglione della Pescaia. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment. Sights Livorno 40 km, Pisa 55 km, Elba Island, Kids' club Acqua Village, Cavallino Matto.

Die Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmer ist von der Größe/Lage gut. Der Wohnraum mit Küche befindet sich in einem gut gepflegten Zustand, wohl auch erst kürzlich renoviert. Alle Elektrogeräte sind in Ordnung, der Gasherd quasi neuwertig. TV und Internet ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Einrichtung in Summe ist absolut ok. Leider im Bad + 1 Schlafzimmer deutlicher Schimmel und in Summe sehr feucht. Zu unserer Reisezeit viele Mücken, die Fenster habe leider keinen Schutz. Ansonsten passt die Beschreibung im Web.

Lage nicht weit vom Strand, sodass alles fußläufig erreichbar ist. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Leider war die Wohnung zu unserer Reisezeit doch sehr feucht und es gab sehr viele hungrige Mücken. Aufgrund der Feuchtigkeit deutliche Schimmelbildung im Bad als auch Schlafzimmer. Ansonsten machte die Wohnung einen guten, kürzlich renovierten Eindruck. Positiv zu erwähnen ist noch der private Parkplatz unmittelbar am Haus. Die Buchung und Abwicklung über Casamundo/Interhome verlief problemlos.

Appartamento pulito e spazioso. Fornito di tutto l'occorrente necessario nei vari ambienti (asciugamani, sapone, spugne ecc.) È presente anche un locale lavanderia con la lavatrice e i detersivi. Ho apprezzato molto la componente petfriendly, abbiamo portato il nostro cane (un golden retriever) senza alcun problema. 5 stelle.
