In the district of Borgo Foce 100 m from the centre of Imperia Porto Maurizio, 23.5 km from the centre of San Remo, 23.5 km from the centre of Alassio, in a central, busy, sunny position, 10 m from the sea, direct access to the beach. Footpath to the house. Public parking 200 m extra. Supermarket 800 m, restaurant 50 m, bar, café, bicycle rental 10 m, bus stop 150 m, railway station "Imperia" 4.5 km, sandy beach 500 m pebble beach 20 m (small), shingle beach (small), rocky beach 20 m (small), outdoor swimming pool 5 km, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Marina 600 m, cycle lane 800 m.

Location Description Imperia

10 m a.s.l. >>Imperia lies on the "Riviera di Ponente" (west of Genoa). It consists of two distinct parts: Oneglia and Porto Maurizio. San Remo with its elegant shops and the Casino is 21 km away. Montecarlo 72 km. Nice airport 92 km. Genoa airport 110 km. Good transport connections. The Impero valley, north of Oneglia is covered in olive groves. Palms, magnolia trees, carnations and rose fields, parks. Lots of entertainment facilities. Nautical school, small tourist harbour, riding, tennis, minigolf, swimming pool, lido, water skiing. Well-known town. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Es ist eine Traumwohnung direkt an der Promenade. Man blickt durch alle drei Fenster aufs Meer hinaus. Auch auf der Terrasse sitzen und schauen ist ein Highlight - Ligurien pur. Alles was man braucht ist in der Umgebung.

Wohnung "shabby chic", wobei wir das " chic" noch suchen! Keine Air-Condition! Also Fenster in der Nacht auf. Mücken sind das kleinste Problem! Auf der Hafen-Promenade unter den Fenstern geht die Post ab bis in den frühen Morgen! 4 Restaurants mit Live-Musik und nach 2 Uhr arabischer Rap. Wir haben unseren Schlaf am Tage am Strand bekommen. Waren froh, als der "Urlaub" rum war! Apropos Ohrstöpsel funktioniert nicht! Nur für Nachtschwärmer zu empfehlen! Nicht für Familie mit Kindern!

Die Lage ist unbeschreiblich schön und praktisch.... an manchen Abenden und Nächten war es etwas laut...eher nicht geeignet für Leute mit leichtem Schlaf.... Uns hat es sehr sehr gut gefallen.....sehr nette Vermieterin, die einen während des Aufenthalts in Ruhe lässt. Wir werden nach Möglichkeit wieder dort buchen.

Wij zijn ruim 10 dagen in Casa del Sole geweest. Het is een prachtige locatie met heerlijk uitzicht. De gastvrouw C. doet er alles aan om je te helpen en het contact met haar is heel accuraat. Complimenten! Wel enkele puntjes van aandacht. -de riolering is waarschijnlijk niet helemaal goed gemaakt waardoor we last hadden van stank in de ochtend en in de avond -de terrasdeuren, vooral in de woonkamer gaan slecht open en dicht. -stopcontact in de keuken zit los Verder top!

We are sorry for the stench at the time of this visit, as the city council were in the process of rennovating the city's sewage system and near the house. Now that work is long done, the house has no smell. The kitchen and patio doors will be checked and repaired as necessary.

Eine wunderbare Möglichkeit mit viel Meerblick und wärmenden Sonnenstrahlen im Februar den Winter zu verkürzen. Sehr saubere, schön gestaltete Unterkunft und C. eine freundliche, unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Die Wohnung läßt sich heizen. Es ist aber ratsam warme Hausschuhe mitzubringen, da die Steinböden schon doch recht kühl sind. Auf eine gute Internetverbindung sollte man nicht angewiesen sein.

Verkehrsfreie Toplage, direkt am Meer kleiner Fischerhafen. Kleiner Nachteil: Kein Parkplatz in der Nähe, muss immer wieder neu gesucht werden, was jetzt, in der Vorsaison, keine Schwierigkeiten macht. Für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung nicht die richtige Unterkunft. Frau C. A. war sehr kompetent und freundlich!

Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage. Strand Supermarkt u.s.w. in der Nähe. Allerdings lässt der Zustand zu wünschen übrig. Die Elektroinstallation würde ich als gefährich bezeichnen! Ansonsten ist alles da was mann so braucht. Einen Toaster haben wir vermisst.

L'appartement est simple mais idéalement situé dans un emplacement incroyable, sur les quais et sans circulation. De là, on peut aller faire les courses à pied en quelques minutes et on trouve des places gratuites à proximité (en tout cas en dehors de la haute saison). Notre hôte, Cristina, est très sympa ! Nous retournerons volontiers à nouveau à Imperia :-)

Vista stupenda in posizione strategica, a due passi dalla spiaggia e in zona pedonale ma la casa ha arredi vetusti, bagno con problemi allo sciacquone e allo doccia e, durante il nostro soggiorno, con lavatrice non funzionante.

I problemi nel bagno sono stati risolti immediatamente. La lavatrice si è rotta a causa di un carico eccessivo. È stata riparata immediatamente.
