In the hamlet Albonico 9 km from the centre of Sorico, 70 km from the centre of Como, 55 km from the centre of Lecco, in a secluded position, 9 km from the lake, in the woods. Private: property 3 ha, meadow. Motor access (200 m via unmade road). Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 9 km, bus stop "Sorico" 5.5 km, railway station "Colico" 17 km, sandy beach "Sorico (La Punta)" 9 km, outdoor swimming pool 11 km. Marina 11 km, golf course (18 hole) 40 km, surf school 9 km, riding stable 9 km, walking paths from the house 20 m. Nearby attractions: Tempieto di San Fedelino. In the resort: post office, bank, restaurant. More possibilities for shopping 5 km. Sights Lungolago (Sorico-Gravedona-Cremia), San Miro, Riserva Naturale Pian di Spagna 3 km, nature reserve. Access: road N340 Como - Menaggio - Colico. Railway station "Colico" 9 km. Bus connection. Tremezzina 30 km. Chiavenna 25 km. Varenna 29 km.

Wir waren eine Woche in dem Haus, das mit Platz und großem Grundstück, für Ruhe-Suchende überzeugen kann.  Gut:  - Grundstück  - Grillmöglichkeit (Gasgrill von den Bildern existiert nicht) mit Holz oder Kohle - Ausstattung  - Umgebung und Blick auf den See  Schlecht: - Zufahrt ist nicht akzeptabel...  - keine Nachttisch-Lampen - Bett im Obergeschoss beschädigt und mit Ameisen.  Trotz Allrad-SUV schwierig

Das Haus an sich ist sehr schön, jedoch ist die Straße ziemlich lange also muss man immer das Auto nehmen um etwas zu unternehmen. Zudem war die Einfahrt zu dem Haus der reinste Wahnsinn, das schlimmste Stück ist nicht befestigt. Uns wurde außerdem der Zugang zum Keller nicht gestattet und den Grill durften wir auch nicht benutzen.

Das Haus ist chick und wirkt sehr neu. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön und die Zimmer passen. Besonders hat uns das Badezimmer und das sehr weitläufige Grundstück gefallen. Allerdings ist die Aussicht auf den See nicht frei. Die Auffahrt sehr steil und am Anfang nicht fest befestigt, wie waren froh, das wir keinen Frontantrieb hatten. Wir haben Nachttischlampen sehr vermisst, diese sind in keinem der Zimmern vorhanden. Auch die Grillsituation war erst ein Rätsel, hier wäre eine Anleitung toll.

Phantastisches Haus in wunderbarer Landschaft: relativ frisch renoviert, sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet, mitten in der Natur gelegen mit Blick auf den See.

Das Haus ist komfortabel, sauber und hat eine tolle Lage. Leider ist die Auffahrt zum Haus eine Katastrophe, da sie sehr steil ist und die Straße zum Haus nur teilweise befestigt ist. Leider fehlen an den Schlafzimmern Schutzgitter, um die Mücken draußen zu halten.

Das Haus ist traumhaft, sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber. Aber die Auffahrt zum Haus ist katastrophal, da sie sehr steil ist und teilweise nicht befestigt. Was leider auch nicht vorhanden ist, sind Schutzgitter an den Schlafräumen zum Schutz vor den vielen Mücken am Abend.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und neu, dazu auf einem Hügel in Alleinlage gelegen mit wunderbarem Blick auf den See und den ganzen Tag sonnigen aber auch schattigen Plätzchen am Haus und auf dem Grundstück. Hier kann man wunderbar entspannen und einige ruhige Tage in der Natur genießen ohne auf Annehmlichkeiten zu verzichten. Wanderungen zum See oder in die Berge sind vom Haus aus möglich.
