Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). Motor access (800 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 4 km, bus stop 2 km, railway station "Florenz/Firenze" 11 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m. Local sale of farm products. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. Dogs are not allowed in the swimming pool area.

Der Weg zum Anwesen ist abenteuerlich, schmal und holperig. Die Lage ist traumhaft, extrem ruhig, inmitten einer malerischen Landschaft und mit unmittelbarem Blick auf Florenz. Auf Wanderwegen können verschiedene Restaurants in der Gegend erreicht werden. Der romantische Garten läd zum entspannen ein. Die Ferienwohnung ist stilvoll und einfach eingerichtet, sauber und gepflegt. Leider ist die Küche dürftig und nur mit dem nötigsten ausgestattet.

La struttura è immersa nel verde delle colline intorno a Firenze, ha una vista stupenda e offre una tranquillità incredibile. La strada per arrivarci è un po' impervia ma ne vale la pena.
