Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, sep. WC. Gas heating, underfloor heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm.

Semi-detached house "Sundlicht". 400 m from the centre of Altefähr, on the outskirts, 5 km from the centre of Stralsund, 15 km from the centre of Bergen, 500 m from the sea, south-west facing position. Private: property 200 m2, garden (not fenced) with lawn. Fish-processing table. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking at the house at 30 m. Shop 400 m, supermarket 4 km, bus stop "Bahnhof Altefähr" 2.3 km, sandy beach 500 m. Nearby attractions: historische Altstadt von Stralsund 5 km, Ostseebad Binz 40 km.

Location Description Seebad Altefähr

Small resort, in the south-western part of the island, directly by the sea, 10 km from Stralsund, 36 km from Binz, 70 km from Kap Arkona. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Sights Stralsund Unesco Weltkulturerbe 10 km, Meereskundemuseum und Ozeaneum 5 km. Passenger ferry to Stralsund. Boat rental. Rügenrund cycle path.

Sandy beach. Bathing bay. Sports harbour. Sailing, surfing. Fitness course 200 m. Fishing. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire.

-in der Nähe der Ostsee und zum Ort Altefähr gelegene helle, freundliche ,sehr saubere Ferienwohnung -hervor zu heben sind 2 Bäder auf 2 Etagen ( was sehr praktisch ist) und eine zweckmäßige Küche mit allem Inventar, was man so brauchen könnte -die Fahrräder sind praktischer Weise in einem kleinen separaten Schuppen unter zu stellen -der kostenfreie, zur Wohnung gehörende Parkplatz, ist prima

Leider waren die abgelesenen und notierten Zählerstände (Wasser und Gas) nicht korrekt, was bei Übergabe aber bereits notiert und dann auch gleich geklärt und berichtigt wurde - Strom konnte nicht kontrolliert werden, da sich der Zähler in einem verschlossenen Kasten außerhalb des Hauses befindet. Die Kaffeemaschine war außer Funktion (Fehlermeldung Entkalkung), der Rest war super !!!
