El estado general de conservacion del apartamento es lamentable, esta todo viejo, necesita una reforma del 100%. Las camas son incomodas, la litera tiene 3 pisos y es claustrofóbica, el baño esta anticuado, los fogones para cocinar tiene los mandos sin numeracion, los cierres exteriores estan rotos entra aire por debajo la ventana, la calefaccion no calienta suficiente, el extractor de aire hace ruido y no se puede parar nunca. Las sillas y taburetes estan practicamente rotos. No lo recomiendo.
