Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 2 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Open gallery with 1 sofabed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Above Saint-Gervais les Bains, in the district of Cupelin, 7.2 km from the centre, in a quiet position, 1.2 km from the skiing area. Private: property, swimming pool angular, heated (10 x 5 m, depth 120 - 220 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jul. - 15.Sep.). In the house: storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 3 cars). Grocery 650 m, restaurant 1.3 km, bus stop "Pierre Plate (en Hiver)" 250 m, indoor swimming pool 8.5 km, thermal baths "Les Thermes de Saint-Gervais" 11 km. Wellness park Les Thermes de Saint-Gervais 5 km, Cultural events Festival Mont Blanc d'Humour. Access: motorway a40, exit number 21 7 km from Saint Gervais. Market every Thursday, St Nicolas de Véroce: typical mountain village, Le Fayet: thermal park and dermatological care center - Bains du Mont Blanc. Ski lifts open in Winter (from mid-December to mid-April) and in summer (July - August).

Total 420 km ski runs, snow park. Ski school, snowboard school, ski kindergarten. 115 km high altidude pistes 850 - 1'100 m high, ski walking paths, winter walking paths. Ice rink. Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: Les Houches. In Winter: please take snow chains.

Super Lage , schönes gepflegtes Haus. Ideal für 3 Familien. Jedoch in der Nähe keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten man muss immer runter fahren nach Saint Gervais

Magnifique chalet très bien équipé on regrette juste que le ménage sur la terrasse n’ait pas été fait et quelques petits disfonctionnements : baignoire bouchée, frigo qui faisait de la glace, télécommande HS, bref des petites choses qui peuvent facilement être résolues. La literie est excellente. L’endroit est magnifique, calme loin de toute agitation et monde.
