Single-family house, built in 1978. Private: natural state property 877 m2. Terrace (50 m2), barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 500 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Toftlund

Quiet village with 3'300 inhabitants, in the south-eastern part of the region 30 km from the sea, in the countryside, 23 km north-east from Skærbæk, 60 km south-east from Esbjerg. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bakery, boutiques. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna at 10 km. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 35 km. Sights Ribe VinkingeCenter 27 km, Kids' club Legoland 75 km, lakes nearby.

Summer

All watersports available in Lakolk, Rømø 40 km. Sandy beach, 10 m long, up to 900 m wide, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 40 km from the resort. Surfing. Tennis, golf course. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths. The west coast is rough, fresh, roaring and delightfully exhilarating. You will find long, wide and sandy beaches with high dunes as far as the eye can see. You can experience some of Denmark's most scenic sunsets over the North See from the beaches in western Jutland. If you prefer calmer water and characteristic natural experiences, you ought to visit the preserved peninsula Skallingen, where the seals are gambolling, or the bird sanctuary Tipperne at Ringkobing Fjord. These places offer impressive sights, as millions of migratory birds gather here every spring and autumn on their way towards north or south. By the lighthouse 'Blaavandshuk Fyr' you will find Denmark's most western point. Surrounding the lighthouse the many concrete bunkers still bear widness of World War II.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub

Dejlig ferie med familien. Hus... Karin J.

Dejlig ferie med familien. Huset var godt delt op, med et anneks med badeværelse og hovedhus, vi var 5 og det fungerede rigtigt godt. Masser af muligheder for at finde en god plads i solen, samt masser af ude område, der var også en shelter på grunden, desværre var vejret ikke med os, så vi kunne gøre brug af dette. Hovedhuset virker nedslidt, dobbelt sengen er lagt i stykker, og trænger i den grad til en udskiftning, i gulvet i køkkenet mærkes der "huller" og gulvet giver efter, det burde ejeren få lavet hurtigst muligt. Der er en dårlig lugt i huset, også efter en uge, også selvom vi dagligt luftet ud, lugtede det af mug. Området er fantastisk, svømmehal, minigolf og legeplads med hoppepude, og hvis man har brug for en gå eller løbetur er der markeret ruter i skoven, Dagli Brugsen og en fiskesøen ligger også meget tæt på. Sommerhusets placering giver et godt udgangspunkt for at se noget af Sønderjylland.

desværre regnede det meget i den uge jeg havde lejet huset, men der er flere overdækkede terrasser og rummeligt indenfor så det var til at holde ud.

Das Ferienhaus ist in nicht so guten Zustand, die Fenster teilweise blind usw... Trotzdem haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, da das Grundstück komplett umzäunt ist und für Hundebesitzer optimal. Auch die Lage mitten im Ort mit kurzen Wegen ist toll. Wir würden dieses Haus wieder mieten.

Das Grundstück und das Haus an... Marcel H.

Das Grundstück und das Haus an sich sind sehr schön. Die Einrichtung ist sehr spartanisch sowie auch die Küchenausstattung. Das Inventar, elektrischen Geräte und Betten sind sehr alt und abgewohnt. Leider riecht das Haus sehr moderig, was uns leider erst während des Urlaubes sowie nachher aufgefallen ist. Wir mussten zu Hause die gesamte Kleidung waschen, auch wenn sie sauber war, da sie sehr startk moderich roch. Ob dies für das ganze Jahr gilt, wissen wir nicht oder ob es nur im Winter ist. Der Service war super, wir hatten einen defekten Duschschlauch, dieser wurde innerhalb eines Tages ausgetauscht.

Wir haben sehr schöne drei Wochen in diesem älteren Ferienhaus verbraucht. Es hat den Charme der 70er/80er Jahre aber trotzdem komfortabel und nett eingerichtet. Es gibt sehr viel gutes Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser, auch ist die Technik Ausstattung sehr gut (großer Fernseher, Radioanlage, Haushaltmaschinen). Ein guter Kaminofen und sehr viele Gartenmöbel. Es ist mit Liebe eingerichtet, wenn auch einige Dinge doch so langsam mal ersetzt werden sollten. Im Bad könnten es ein paar Haken für die Handtücher mehr sein und ein klappbares Wäschegestell wäre ganz nett. Bei schönem Wetter gibt es draußen ein Wäschegestell. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, das war perfekt für unsere Hunde! Die Lage ist hervorragend, ruhig und mit direktem Zugang zu einem Waldstück. Supermarkt, Schwimmbad, Minigolf und Tankstelle direkt im Ferienhausgebiet. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis hat für uns gestimmt. Die Nähe zu Römö ist ideal.
