Single-family house, built in 2004. 75 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 2'000 m2. In the house: washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Grenaa

Historical, picturesque town with 14'300 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, on a river (Grenaaen), 60 km east from Randers, 63 km north-east from Århus. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Museum Østjylland 1 km, Kattegatcenter 3 km, Wellness park Lübker Square Nimtofte 23 km, Zoo Skandinavisk Dyrepark, Wildlife Park 25 km, Kids' club Djurs Sommerland Nimtofte 24 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, 8 m long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 3 km from the resort. Sports harbour Grenaa Marina in 3 km. Surfing. Golf course 18 hole 6 km, 27 more golf courses within a radius from 23 km. Minigolf 5 km. Fishing (permit required). Beach volleybally court. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, 23 km mountain bike routes, bicycles for hire. Children's playground. Djursland and Mols are surrounded by sea on 3 sides. The varying stretches of coast and the hilly landscapes were created during the latest Ice Age. Here you will find child-friendly, white beaches on all sides of the peninsula. Further inland the peninsula is characterized by vigorous nature, exceptional views, moor areas, woods, meadows, lakes and streams. Northern Djursland is known for its towering limestone cliffs that are several million years old. Mols Bjerge in the southern part of the area is a magnificent landscape with a varying nature, a number of walking tracks and a rich animal life. It is ideal to visit the area on food, on bicycle or on horseback. Furthermore, Djursland is characterized by its many well-preserved castles, manor houses and estates, decorating the landscape.

Wer es gerne ruhig mag, ist hier genau richtig. Es gibt keine unmittelbaren Nachbarn. Nach hinten raus Wald und nach vorne einen herrlichen Blick auf die Ostsee. Der Service vor Ort von Sonne und Strand war top! Danke nochmal dafür! Wir mußten am ersten Abend feststellen, dass der Ofen defekt war und die Beleuchtung über der Spüle. Also einen Email an Sonne und Strand geschickt. Prompt kam am nächsten Morgen (Sonntag) ein Rückruf vom Service, und zwei Stunden später bekamen wir auch schon Besuch vom Techniker, der die Angelegenheit regelte. Das Haus haben wir am Anreisetag sauber vorgefunden. Wir hatten mit 2 Personen viel Platz. Ein schönes Haus mit Meerblick und Ausgangspunkt für viele Erkundungen in der Umgebung, wo es viel zu sehen gibt. Ich kann es nur empfehlen.

great location. great view. very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. the house itself, however, is lacking some attention to detail. it's the sum of small things. the windows for the amazing view have not been cleaned for too long, the toilet seat is falling off, the showerhead as well and the cleaning after the previous guests was sloppy at best (there were two socks under the bed covered in dust and cobwebs) and the walls on the outside are screaming for new paint and a thorough cleaning

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Woche. Das Haus war toll, der Ausblick einfach ein Traum. Einmal hatten wir vor der Tür sogar Besuch von einem Reh. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank! 🙂
