Exit to the balcony, north facing position. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), TV. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Bath/WC. Balcony 4 m2. Balcony furniture. Side, of the mountains. Facilities: safe, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Please note: Apartment for non smokers, Pets not allowed. There are more apartment to let in the same building.

House/Residence

Behind the house there are containers which serve as a temporary school building until summer 2025. The view is therefore reduced on the first and second floors facing north. Large, luxurious apartment block "Zur Matte B", 4 storeys, built in 2009. In the centre of Zermatt, in a central position. In the house: lift, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Linen change (suppl. charge extra). Towel change (suppl. charge extra). Room cleaning daily on request (extra). Supermarket, restaurant 15 m, bakery 100 m, café 15 m, bicycle rental 260 m, bus stop "Brücke zum Steg" 120 m, railway station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 350 m. Mountain railway 350 m, ski rental 400 m, ski bus stop 120 m, ski school, children's ski school 230 m. Please note: suitable for families, suitable for seniors baby equipment on request (extra). The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Zermatt. Additional accommodations can be booked.

Well-known, famous, car-free winter sports resort with 5'478 inhabitants, situated at the foot of the Mount Cervin with beautiful view, 34 km south from Visp. In the resort: supermarket, grocery, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, bar, disco, museum, cinema. Glacier, hiking, electrocab available in town, indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, massage. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Lakes nearby.

Summer

Bathing lake. Tennis (1 outdoor court, 1 indoor court), golf course 9 hole in Täsch 6 km. Minigolf. Fitness course. Summer skiing. Paragliding, beach volleybally court. Mountain lifts, 400 km hiking paths, mountain hikes, mountain tours, climbing. 80 km mountain bike routes, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground, leisure park. In May and June, lorries are allowed in Zermatt because of building season. In these months, it is slightly noisier than during the rest of the year, when Zermatt is car-free.

Winter

Ski-region Matterhorn Ski Paradise, total of 57 lifts. 2 mountain lifts, 8 cableways, 11 cable cabins, 22 chair lifts, 14 drag lifts, 2 children's ski lifts. 70 ski runs, total length 350 km (21 % easy, 62 % intermediate, 18 % difficult), snowboard slope, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school (downhill, cross country), snowboard school, children's ski school from 6 years old, ski kindergarten from 4 years old. 17 km cross country ski tracks in the region, winter walking paths 45 km. 1 toboggan run. Natural ice rink, artificial ice rink, curling, indoor tennis centre. Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: Cervinia.

D'année en année nous louons ma femme et moi le spacieux appartement pour deux personnes dans l'immeuble Zur Matte B, entretenu de manière irréprochable, offrant toutes commodités et une proximité aussi bien avec les magasins que les arrêts de bus menant aux départ des installations. Nous avons la chance de passer les vacances avec nos enfants et petits enfants louant les appartements du même palier.

top Lage, top eingerichtete Küche, alles in sehr gutem Zustand. Nur der Blick aus der Wohnung aufs Matterhorn fehlt. Aber wenn man eine solche Traumwoche erwischt, kann der Berg ja den ganzen Tag betrachtet werden.

Agréable séjour à Zermatt dans cet appartement bien agencé avec tout le confort. Seul bémol, les communs de l'immeuble étaient très sales (entrée de l'immeuble, escaliers et paliers d'étage). A plusieurs reprises des déchets (cartons et plastiques) trainaient devant l'entrée de l'immeuble.

Only 5 to 10 minutes by foot from where the train arrives (Bahnhofplatz), and across the street from the main grocery store (Migros). We had stayed here before. Very close to the Gornergratbahn and also the Sunnegga lift -- the Matterhorn Paradise lifts are further away. Everything needed is there. The Interhome staff in the office are helpful (but the office is closed Wednesday and Sunday). There are temporary school buildings that cut the view to the north. Elevator works fine. Wifi was good.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral, was die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und den Zugang zu den verschiedenen Unternehmungen betrifft. Sie ist hell, praktisch eingerichtet und mit schönem Ausblick in die Berge und das Tal. Ein Nachteil kann das Duschen in der Badewanne sein.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral vis-à-vis der Migros. Trotzdem ist es aber sehr ruhig, da der Balkon nach hinten gerichtet ist. Der Skiraum ist gross und bietet entsprechend viel Platz. Die Küche ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Preis-Leistung hervorragend.

Cet appartement est vraiment très bien à tout point de vue. Durant ce séjour, juste un petit bémol, le coffre a présenté un dysfonctionnement qui, malgré mes demandes, n'a pas été résolu. C'est dommage.
