Exit to the garden, to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm). Kitchenette (3 hot plates, oven). Bath/WC. Garden 40 m2, south-east facing position. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Partial view of the mountains. Parking (fenced). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Chemin du Loussé 200 m from the centre of Thermalp (bains), 1.2 km from the centre of de la station, in a quiet, sunny position, 1.8 km from the skiing area, located by a road, south facing position. In the house: central heating system, washing machine, drying room. In Winter: please take snow chains. Grocery 1.2 km, restaurant, bakery 1.2 km, café 300 m, bus stop "Centre therm. Melley" 300 m. Ski rental 1.2 km, ski bus stop 300 m, ski school 1.2 km, cross country ski track 2.4 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region d'Ovronnaz.

Besides: doctor. More possibilities for shopping 10 km. Wine-growing region, kids' animation. Access: motorway A9 Genève - Sierre, exit number 24 "Riddes-Leytron" 10 km from Ovronnaz. Access via a mountain road. Sion 25 km. Martigny 25 km. Sierre 39 km.

Plus: Apparemment très bien placé. Lit confortable. Très vieillot, devrait être rafraîchi et épuré. Place de parc à côté. Jolie terrasse. Moins: Odeur de vieux...un peu moisi... Ajouter des verres. Faire de l'ordre dans les armoires à vaisselles, c'est le cheni... Lorsque nous avons tiré le lit du dessous, ménage pas fait dessous... Vieille baignoire rugueuse... Manque de WiFi.

Zum zweiten und nicht zum letzten Mal haben wir diese Wohnung gebucht. Gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht! Herrliche Aussicht und genial mit dem sehr privaten Sitzplatz!

Die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich mit Allem ausgestattet, jedoch alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Leider auch nicht sehr sauber. Ein wenig Renovation und zeitgemäße Ausstattung und Möbel wären angebracht. Trotzdem haben wir die Kurzferien sehr genossen. Was genial ist, dass man große Privatsphäre und die Wintersonne auf dem eigenen Sitzplatz genießen darf.

Tout bien en cas de beau temps . En cas de pluie c’est relativement petit pour 4 personnes et l’appartement est vieux et pourrais être un peu mieux entretenu. Sinon situation impeccable et super terrasse plein pied.

Tout est à dispo dans ce petit appart! du set fondue aux livres et jeux de société, en passant par assez de duvets et oreillers pour 4 pers. Parking à dispo et à 5 mins des bains ! Nous avons ADORE notre court séjour et reviendrons avec plaisir si l'occasion se présente ! Merci INTERHOME et le propriétaire de l'appartement ;-)
