Summer

Silvaplana lies 1815m above sea level, at the foot of the Julier Pass in the heart of the Upper Engadine lakeland region. Located at the largest of the three Upper Engadine lakes, the town is divided into three parts of the village. Silvaplana and Surlej are located between Silvaplaner and Champfèrersee and Champfèr on the other side of the lake. From Surlej you will reach with the newly built cable railway to the 3’303m above sea level High Silvaplaner Hausberg, the Piz Corvatsch. In addition to proverbial hospitality of the approximately 900 inhabitants, in Silvaplana awaits you a pleasant high mountain climate with dry, clean air and plenty of holiday experiences. In summer, Silvaplana is one of the most popular surfing spots in Europe and regular surfcracks from all over the world find their way to the shores of Lake Silvaplana. All watersports available in 1 - 20 km. Sailing, surfing, sailing school, rowing, river rafting. Tennis (2 outdoor courts), golf course 18 hole in Samedan 10 km, 2 more golf courses within a radius from 7 - 17 km. Fitness course. Fishing (permit required). Summer skiing in Diavolezza. Vollgestellt mit Nippes, Kinderzimmer sehr klein. Polstergarnitur mit dunklen Decken abgedeckt wegen Mietern die Flecken hinterlassen könnten. Schlüsselübergabe jeweils in St Moritz ist lästig, vor Ort wäre viel günstiger.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber und ganz ruhig. Die Einrichtung ist grosszügig und geschmackvoll. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Tolle Aussicht! Perfekte Lage: Nahe zum Einkaufen und zum ÖV. Eine super Wohnung um eine schöne Zeit zu geniessen.

Ideale Wohnung für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern - geräumig, gut eingerichtet, kinderfreundlich. Die Lage mitten in Silvaplana ist hervorragend. Zugang zur Tiefgarage ist einfach, der Parkplatz auch für grosse Autos geeignet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

Ruhig gelegen und doch mitten im Ort. Bäcker und Supermarkt nebenan, wenige Schritte zum Skibus. Zufahrt zur Tiefgarage überdacht und ebenerdig, somit auch bei Schneefall gut befahrbar. Wohnung liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Sonniger Essplatz mit Bergpanorama. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Praktisch sind die Waschmaschine und das Spielzimmer im Keller. Die Betten sind mir persönlich etwas zu hart, wobei das aber immer Geschmacksache ist. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder!
