Balcony facing south-west with garden furniture. Uncovered parking space, store room for skis and cellar compartment. Close to the bus stop Sparenmoos (cross-country and hiking centre). Living room with dining table, sofa which converts into a conventional bed (150x190cm), TV/radio/CD and open-plan kitchen (equipped among other things with coffee machine with capsules (Delizio), fondue-raclette set and oven). Bathroom with bathtub and toilet. 1 double bedroom (2x90x200cm) with cupboard. WiFi. INCLUSIVE: electricity, heating, water, parking space (uncovered), WiFi, bed linen, bathroom- and kitchen (initial supply, beds are made on request on arrival) towels as well as final cleaning and visitor's tax. EXCLUSIVE: Capsules for the Delizio coffee maschine are available e.g. at the Migros super market in Zweisimmen. ***Pets welcome*** Important: Please note that in most of the properties only one pet (usually one dog) is allowed. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr praktisch eingerichtet und es gibt viel Platz um die Dinge zu versorgen. Die KĂ¼che ist gut ausgestattet.

Das Haus liegt am Rand von Zweisimmen und ist mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr doch gut erreichbar - der Fussweg vom Bahnhof nimmt rund 10 Minuten in Anspruch. Die Lage ist ruhig und in der Nähe einer Postautohaltestelle an der Linie Zweisimmen-Sparenmoos.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zweckmässig eingerichtet und auch mit öffentlichem Verkehr (wir kamen mit dem Zug) gut erreichbar. Die Ăœbergabe verlief in einer angenehmen Atmosphäre, und als ein Teil der Gruppe einmal frĂ¼her nach Hause wollte und wir nur einen SchlĂ¼ssel hatte, reichte ein Anruf im benachbarten Hotel, und schon erhielten wir einen ZweitschlĂ¼ssel.
