Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Freezer approx. 80 l. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.

Private: natural state property 3'000 m2 with trees. Bathing jetty, bathing place. In the complex: sauna (extra). Available: canoe, boat (extra). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 9 km, supermarket 12 km, railway station "Uddevalla" 28 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 325 km, grass beach 15 m, lake Långhalmen 15 m. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, fishing possibilities 15 m. Please note: groups of teenagers on request only. The owner does not accept any groups. Private mooring. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
