Modern 2-family house "Misefo", 2 storeys. 600 m from the centre of Son Serra de Marina, 11 km from the centre of Ca'n Picafort, 23 km from the centre of Alcudia, in the residential district, 150 m from the sea. Private: outdoor shower. In the house: roof terrace. Public parking on the road. Shop, restaurant 600 m, bus stop, sandy beach 300 m. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The owner lives in the same residence.

Small resort, in the northern part of the island, 60 km north-east from Palma de Mallorca. Supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar. It has a very nice sandy beach. Very quiet area.

Wir haben uns vom ersten Augenblick an sehr wohl in der schönen Wohnung gefühlt! Von unserem Vermieter wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen, während der gesamten 4 Wochen war er stets ansprechbar! Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft! Die Dachterrasse ist der Hammer mit tollem Meerblick und guter Ausstattung! Auch die beiden anderen Terrassen sind sehr schön. Die Wohnung hat alles, um sich so wohl wie zuhause zu fühlen! Wir kommen auf alle Fälle gerne wieder!

Die Dachterrasse ist super! Im Badezimmer ist die Duschscheibe zur Toilette undicht. Wurde dem Eigentümer mitgeteilt. Die Küchenausstattung ist relativ alt. Die normale Kaffeemaschine dauert viel zu lange; sie sollte nach jeder Vermietung entkalkt werden. Die Dunstabzughaube hat kein Licht und ist speckig. Die vorhandene Schere und der Korkenzieher waren kaputt. Die Übergabe war sehr nett. Die Spühlmaschine wurde erneuert. Bei Einzug wurde von uns erst einmal eine Reinigung des Bodens vorgenom

La casa está perfectamente acondicionada y cuidada. Además Miquel esta siempre dispuesto a resolver cualquier situación. Lo que hace a esta casa increíble, además de la cercanía a la playa, son las vistas desde inmensa terraza, que está acondicionada con un toldo para poder estar allí incluso en las horas de más calor, o con todo lo necesario para unas cenas maravillosas.

Wir sind seit einigen Jahren jeweils im Mai für 2 Wochen Mieter dieser Ferienwohnung und sehr zufrieden. Sehr freundliche Vermieter, die daran interessiert sind, dass wir uns wohlfühlen. Defekte Geräte wurden sofort durch neue ersetzt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Neugestaltung der herrlichen Dachterrasse.

Sehr zufrieden. Es fehlt nur an folgenden Details: Spül Maschine muss erneuert werden, funktionierender staubsauger und ein Wäschekorb sollte bereitgestellt werden. Für früh Urlauber im März / April sollten Heiz konvektoren bereitgestellt werden, da nachts sehr kalt und Haus nicht beheizt. Einzige Möglichkeit wäre mit dem einzigen Klimagerät zu heizen was weder technisch noch ökonomisch vertretbar ist. Sonst nachts dick anziehen.

Die Spülmaschine wurde repariert und funktioniert wieder einwandfrei. Neben der Klimaanlage mit Kühl-/Heizfunktion steht auch ein zusätzlicher Heizstrahler zur Verfügung, der bei Bedarf genutzt werden kann. Ein Staubsauger gehört nicht zur Standardausstattung, kann auf Wunsch jedoch bei dem Vermieter ausgeliehen werden.
