Child friendly, beautiful, comfortable apartment block "Playamar", 15 storeys. In a central, busy, sunny position, 200 m from the sea, from the beach, road to cross. For shared use: garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). WC in the pool area, children's pool, tennis (extra), children's playground (slide, swing). In the house: restaurant, lift. Shop 300 m, restaurant 100 m, café, bus stop 300 m, sandy beach 70 m. Nearby attractions: Malaga 10 km, Centro Comercial Plaza Mayor 4 km, Benalmadena 6 m, Puerto Marina 6 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Youth groups not permitted.

Well-known, busy resort, in the southern part of the region, in a convenient position, 10 km south-west from Málaga, 175 km south from Córdoba, 220 km south-east from Sevilla. Shopping centre, supermarket, shops, restaurant, bar, disco, evening entertainment. Sandy beach with grey sand. Lively night life. Possible to play golf in the fantastic golf course of Anoreta.

Es un piso muy bien cuidado y limpio. Falta calefacción en invierno y aire acondicionado en verano. como tiene una vista preciosa porque son todos ventanales pero no tienen persianas asi que igual el frio como el calor se nota mucho

Zonas comunes genial, pero apartamento algo sucio, Luces no funcionaban, sofá hecho una pena, wifi no conectaba, cocina bastante vieja, habitaciones separadas por falsos tabiques por lo que se oía todo, una de las habitaciones sin ventana, pésima luz y ventilación

Zeer ruim appartement is van alles voorzien. Tuin is prachtig. Zwembad gesloten (vanaf 30/09)wat spijtig was. Geen terras maar prachtig uitzicht op de zee vanuit de living. Enkel glas dus wel wat straatlawaai. Geen airco maar ventilators wat in deze periode voldoende was. In december zou het gerenoveerd worden en zou er ook een terras komen. Nadeel Immo kantoor 5 km van appartement. Wel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

The Apartamen have a great size, and is really well located. But is too hot and beds are uncomfortable the mattresses are bad and too much noise. Only single glass at the windows and there’s no air conditioning. Only ceiling fans and to make wind we need to put at high level, so the noise was to much.
