Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, Gas stove, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/bidet/WC. On the lower ground floor: (exterior staircase) living/dining room. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning. Kitchenette (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates). Bath/WC. Moraira: Very beautiful, comfortable house "Salamanca". Property composed of main house and outbuilding, in a quiet, sunny position, 1.4 km from the sea, 1.4 km from the beach. Private: property, well-kept garden 800 m2 (fenced), swimming pool kidney shaped (4 x 8 m, depth 120 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Grocery 500 m, supermarket 1.5 km, sandy beach 1.4 km. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Moraira

Small, cosy, family-friendly holiday resort, in the eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 85 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, bank, restaurant, bar, disco, concerts, evening entertainment. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Situated in a bay and surrounded by beautiful countryside full of fertile fields, small typical houses and farms. Market on Fridays. Fresh fish every morning. Car is recommended. R: EGVT-5-A.

Sehr gute Lage - Ortszentrum ca. 1 km fußläufig erreichbar. Kleiner Einkaufsmarkt ca. 300 mtr. Gute Raumaufteilung. Sehr schöne Außenküche mit gutem Klima. Per Sonnenschirm immer ein schattiges Plätzchen am Pool. In dre Einliegerwohnung könnte evtl. das Bad und Klimaanlage (laut) etwas überarbeitet werden. Ansonsten: alles da was man braucht - 3 Kühlschränke (!) - Parkplatz - Rolltor - etc. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Belle maison, bien située, pas trop loin du centre. Jolie vue, spacieuse et correctement agencée. 2 bémols : 1 / belle cuisine extérieure mais chaleur étouffante car pratiquement fermée, il manque un ventilateur de plafond 2 / l'électricité derrière la télé et dans une chambre laisse à désirer (fil à nu sous tension)

Das Haus ist grundlegend in einem guten Zustand. An aber einigen kleinen Ecken und Kanten muss man noch etwas tun. Die Sitzmöbel, der Sonnenschirm oder auch der etwas muffige Geruch in der unteren Wohnung sollten bei dem Preis, den man für dieses Haus zahlt doch modern/ angemessen sein. Die Lage des Hauses hingegen ist ein absoluter Traum und eine 10/10 Punkten, genauso wie der gesamte angelegte Außenbereich und der Pool.
