In the resort 10 km from the centre of Calpe, on the outskirts, 7.5 km from the centre of Benissa, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 2 km from the sea, 4 km from the beach. Private: property (fenced), terraced garden, swimming pool (9 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue house. In the house: washing machine. Roofed, parking. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 2.5 km, sandy beach "Cala La Fustera" 4 km pebble beach "Cala Baladrar" 2 km. Sports harbour 4.7 km, golf course (9 hole) 4.7 km. Nearby attractions: Aqualandia, Mundomar, Terra Mítica, Les Fonts de l'Algar, Castillo de Guadalest, Terra Natura, Benidorm Palace (Benidorm). The owner does not accept any youth groups. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

254 m a.s.l. >>Cosy resort, in the eastern part of the region, in a convenient position, 110 km south-east from Valencia, 70 km north-east from Alicante. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, evening entertainment. Indoor aquatic centre. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. The coast is situated between Calpe and Moraira and is shaped by its cliffs, swimming bays and a sandy beach. The other closest sandy beaches are situated in Moraira and Calpe. Car is necessary. It is possible to take part in summer sports, entertainment and organised trips. Market on Saturdays. Flea market on Tuesdays. Its famous patron saint fiestas at the end of April and its "Moros y Cristianos" at the end of June. Golf course 9 km. Lovely countryside when the almond trees are in blossom, from the end of January to the beginning of March. R:EGVT-5-A.

Das Haus, welches sehr grosszügig eingerichtet ist, lag in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Die Küche lud ein zu kochen und der grosszügige und gemütlich Wohnraum zum verweilen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe.

Maison très bien située, à 2 pas de la mer et des commerces. Confortable, climatisée (pour la partie superieure) et bien équipée. Un seul bémol, mérite un petit coup de rafraîchissement. Ventilateurs hors d'usage. Humidité dans les placard. Les chaises de la table extérieure du logement du haut ne sont pas du tout confortable. Petit portillon de l'entrée principale à revoir car non sécurisé Manque de lumière à la piscine. Jardin agréable, pas de bruits. Canapé très confort. Un bon séjour

Odeur d’humidité dans le sous sole impossible a y dormir, jardin très dangereux pour de jeunes enfants.

La casa es muy chula, pero no tiene seguridad de ningún tipo si te vas a algún lado. La parte de abajo está llena de humedad, tal es así, que se nos ha estropeado la ropa que guardamos en los armarios, y eso que hay aparatos antihumedad!!., es más, las perchas de madera estaban podridas. La limpieza que encontramos a nuestra llegada brillaba por su ausencia y falta un lavavajillas.
