Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom. 1 room with 1 bed and 1 pull-out bed. Bath/WC. Gas heating, air-conditioning. Parquet floors. Patio partly roofed. Deck chairs (2). Facilities: washing machine, safe, mosquito net, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (roofed, 1 car). Please note: private entrance.

Cottage "Ca' Del Pioppo", 2 storeys, built in 2017. 2 houses in the residence. 3 apartments in the residence. In the district of Cavallino-Treporti 4 km from the centre of Cavallino-Treporti, 9 km from the centre of Lido di Jesolo, 19 km from the centre of Venezia, 1.5 km from the sea. For shared use: property (fenced), beautiful garden with trees, meadow. Grocery 3 km, sandy beach "Camping Village Cavallino" 1.5 km. Beach service included (appr. 1st June-15th Sept.) in the Camping Village Cavallino (1,5 km, same owner). Our guests may also use their pools (27th May-29th Sept., bathing caps are mandatory) and take part in the animation programme for adults and children from 5 years (1st June-30th Aug.) for free, whereas the Spa is against payment. All the guests have to wear a wristband for identification. Please note: During winter season only the Spa will be open and only from Dec. 6th 2024-Jan 6th 2025.
