Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 4 km, bus stop 4 km, ferry "Olbia" 27 km, sandy beach "Lo Impostu" 1.9 km. Marina 4 km, golf course (9 hole) 4 km. App. is op zich goed bevallen, wel sprake van slordig onderhoud. Het app. verdient beter. Je past je aan, basis is oké, ook gezien de prijs (in hoogseizoen echter overvraagt). Het is ruim en locatie is prima. Zeer storend is dat wasmachine van buren op ons terras bleek te staan. Er werd een paar x per dag gewassen en elke was duurde lang (3-4 uur). We hadden dus geen rust op ons eigen terras. Wij snappen niet goed waarom dit zo is ingeregeld. Beheerder gaf ander app, er was gelukkig nog 1 vrij.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war hervorragend da die meisten Strände in der Nähe zu finden waren. Das Apartment war sehr einfach aber dies war uns nicht so wichtig da wir immer unterwegs waren. Allerdings kann ich das Apartment nur bedingt weiter empfehlen da es keine Klimaanlage und nicht einmal Fliegengitter vorhanden war. Eine Woche konnten wir nicht gut schlafen wegen der Hitze und die Mücken. Juni, Juli und August darf man dieses Appartement nicht auswählen wegen die aufgeführten Gründe.

Leider nur Befriedigend weil, - die Lage direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße - Parkplatz ist öffentlich, sehr viel Betrieb - das Bild ist wohl die schönste Ecke der Anlage (nicht gefunden) ansonsten sitzt man mitten auf dem Präsentierteller - die Ausstattung der Küche ist recht dürftig Positiv hervorheben können wir, - der Preis ist unschlagbar - die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt - direkt nebenan ist ein Cafe, eine Pizzeria, ein Supermarkt und ein Feinkostladen - sehr freundliche Vermieter
