Historical apartment block from the 18th century. In the centre of Roma, in the district Campo dei Fiori, in a central position. Communal covered parking (extra) at 800 m, public parking 400 m on the road extra. Shop 100 m, grocery 200 m, supermarket, restaurant 50 m, bar, bus stop "Largo di Torre Argentina" 800 m, railway station "Termini" 3.5 km, underground station "Cavour" 2.5 km. Op het allerlaatste moment bleek dat ons originele appartement 'onderhoud' zou krijgen. Hierdoor kregen we dit appartement aangeboden. Het bleek ongeveer even groot te zijn en twee slaapkamers, maar daar hield de overeenkomst op. Er was geen degelijk koffiezet apparaat, de badkamer was erg klein en het bed van de 2de slaapkamer heel erg hard. Gunstig was wel de lokatie met een supermarkt om de hoek. En de host was erg aardig.

Bon standing mais vétusté d'une salle de bain:pas de mitigeurs,douchette fil de fer,pas de porte-serviettes,pas de barre d'appui dans la baignoire glissante Dans la cuisine:une seule chaise,vaisselle insuffisante,pas de produits d'accueil: thé,huile.. Dans une des chambres:grand lit très confortable mais pas d'alèze,drap de dessous trop étroit impossible à border Propreté:traces autour des poignées de portes,qq taches sur les canapés Sinon appartement très agréable,très bien situé dans Rome

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht: funktionierende Klimaanlage, gute Ausstattung, gute Betten. Besonders hat uns die Umgebung zugesagt, da es ruhig war und trotzdem sehr nahe vom Supermarkt, Cafeteria und Restaurant ist. Verbessern könnte man: - Reinigungstuch für Küche - Vorhänge in Schlafzimmer - Lüftungsfenster bei Dusche renovieren (Aussengitter fehlt, Fensterrigel ist defekt/fehlt, es hat Abfall im Zwischenraum)
