Shower/WC in the pool area, pool house with fridge, table tennis, arbour, garden furniture, barbecue house. In the house: central heating system, heating available only from 15.Oct. - 15.Apr.. Motor access to the house (150 m via unmade road). Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Shop 4 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Asti" 7 km. Haus mit viel Potential, aber mit vielen störenden Kleinigkeiten. Sauberkeit hätte besser sein können. Die Dusche z.B. war noch voll mit Haaren. Betten sind auch nicht grade die neuesten. Dann hat es an einfachen Dingen gefehlt wie Müllbeutel, Seife und Küchentücher. Ich finde das gehört einfach zu einer FeWo dazu. WLAN ist ausbaufähig, bei mehreren Personen einfach zu langsam. Was ich persönlich äußerst grenzwertig finde ist eine Kamera, die direkt auf den Poolbereich gerichtet ist.

Rien à dire si ce n'est que extraordinaire. Paysage, lieu, literie, piscine. Le propriétaire qui est présent, il est très sympa et pas du tout invasif. Manque un peu de vaisselle, car pour 8, le lave-vaisselle tourne tous les jours.
