In the centre of Terzorio 3 km from the centre of Santo Stefano al Mare, 5 km from the centre of Riva Ligure, 15 km from the centre of Sanremo, in an elevated position, 3 km from the sea. Stepped path (12 steps) to the house. Public parking 50 m on the road. Grocery 3 km, supermarket 4 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, bicycle rental 3 km, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Taggia" 5 km, sandy beach 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km, cycle lane 3 km. Please note: car recommended.

Location Description Santo Stefano al Mare

Nice, small resort on the Riviera des Fleurs, located between Imperia, 10km and San Remo 15km. Nice quai-side walk and reformed beach. Historic centre, numerous shops and boutiques. New sailing harbour, the most modern of the Riviera, 500m. Good starting pointfor excursions, e.g. Arma di Taggia, 8km, Cirpessa, 5km, Imperia and to neighbouring France.

Sehr schöne Wohnung Ralf S.

Super Wohnung, alles sauber, sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Die Wohnung ist in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Die Terrasse hat einen super Ausblick auf das Meer und ist angenehm groß. Einzig die angegebene Adresse stimmte nicht, wir haben die Straße nicht gefunden und haben Bewohner aus dem Dorf gefragt, die dann kurzerhand die Vermieterin angerufen hatten. Vielleicht müsste man hier im Vorfeld kurz Kontakt aufnehmen, damit dann alles reibungslos funktioniert.

Es war eine schöne Wohnung, in der alles vorhanden war, was man braucht. der Platz für die Kleidung war etwas wenig und die Stufen, die nach oben führten für gehbehinderte Menschen doch sehr schwierig. Dafür entschädigt der grandiose Blick von der Terrasse auf das Mittelmeer. Bei Problemen war Frau A. immer zur Stelle und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Es war eine toller Urlaub in der Region Ligurien! Jeder Abend bei den umliegenden Lokalen war nett und ein kulinarischer Genuss! Das Quartier war in einer idealen Lage, sauber und wurde vor kurzer Zeit renoviert. (Inkl. Klimaanlage) Vor Ort waren alle Leute super nett und freundlich! Leider gab es direkt davor keinen Parkplatz, aber ein paar Gehminuten entfernt sind viele Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Straßen sind für große Wägen nur eingeschränkt möglich, aber ohne Probleme zu bewältigen.

Sehr tolle Ferienwohnung. Alles neu. Alles sehr sauber. Wie beschrieben. Fotos alle korrekt. Klimaanlage super. Terasse traumhaft. Vermieterin sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Hat immer sofort geantwortet und bei allen Fragen geholfen. Eine wichtige Ergänzung zur Beschreibung: Der Zugang zur Wohnung erfolgt über 2 sehr steile Treppen, teilweise ohne Geländer. Daher nicht geeignet für gehbehinderte oder geheingeschränkte Personen. Parkplatzsituation ebenfalls mit Einschränkungen. Wenn besetzt 400m weg.

Prima huis,schoon en ruim. Met een prima keuken en alle apparaten. Geweldig uitzicht op het terras. Belangrijk is wel dat door de steile toegangs trap men wel goed ter been moet zijn.
