For shared use: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept terraced garden (fenced) with lawn and plants, orchard, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 15.Apr. - 15.Oct.). WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Bread roll service. 1.4 km long narrow motor access to the house. 200 m footpath to the house. Public parking 100 m. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Como" 52 km, pebble beach "Spiaggia 'Madonnina'" 2 km.
