Private: property 500 m2, garden trees, meadow. Stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. Shop 30 m, supermarket 4.6 km, pebble beach "Orta/San Giulio" 9 km. Golf course (18 hole) 14 km. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

294 m a.s.l. >>Car-free, picturesque holiday resort with 1'340 inhabitants, in the centre of the region on the lake, in an idyllic position with beautiful view, 47 km north from Novara, 28 km south from Verbania (Lago Maggiore), 84 km west from Milano. In the resort: shops, grocery, restaurant, bar. Sights Sacro Monte, Isola di San Giulio, Monte Mottarone (1491 m) 17 km. Access: motorway A26 Milano / Genova - Gravellona Toce, exit number "Arona". Then road SP142 & SP229. Access by train Novara - Gravellona - Domodossola. Railway station in the resort. Bus connection. Stresa-Lago Maggiore 25 km. Vercelli 70 km. Cars are not allowed in the local area and must be left in the car parks (some of which must be paid for), just as you come into Orta.
