Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/WC. Electric heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2), box-room. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm.

For shared use: park 10'000 m2 with plants and trees, beautiful garden to relax. Table tennis. Private: well-kept garden 500 m2, courtyard. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 2.7 km, restaurant 3 km, bakery 3 km, sandy beach "Plage de Kersidan" 3 km, thermal baths "Thalasso Concarneau" 15 km. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km, surf school 10 km, sailing school 10 km. Country of standing stones, cosy, busy town with 6'571 inhabitants, directly by the sea, 30 km from Quimper, 50 km from Lorient, 200 km from Rennes. In the resort: supermarket, shops, grocery, butchery, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant. To see, sites of dunes and ponds, its many listed chapels. City renowned for its moorings, as well as for its gastronomy. Trévignon fishing port.

Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub (2 Wochen) in einem tollen Haus mit wunderschön angelegtem Garten. Wir liebten die Ruhe und die Nähe zum Meer. Alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es sind genügend Besteck und diverse Küchenutensilien vorhanden. Die Vermieter D. und O. haben es uns sehr leicht gemacht, hatten immer ein offenes Ohr und nützliche Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Danke für die Willkommensgeschenke und Blumen, wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und wie zu Hause!

Eine wunderbare Wohnung in ausgezeichneter Umgebung (zum wandern, baden, entspannen), mit guten Möglichkeiten zum ausgezeichneten Essen (im Lokal oder selbst zubereitet) und vor allem eine unübertroffene Vermieterin.

Wir haben einen perfekten Urlaub im Ferienhaus Aven verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Besitzer sind außerordentlich nett, wir wurden mit bretonischen Spezialitäten, u. a. Gateau Breton, zum Probieren empfangen. Das Haus ist von einem wunderschönen Garten umgeben und liegt sehr ruhig.

Wir haben zwei sehr erholsame Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Es ist liebevollst von den überaus herzlichen Vermietern gestaltet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen gelungenen Ferienaufenthalt benötigt. Das Haus liegt etwas außerhalb, aber dafür sehr ruhig, ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich. Es ist umgeben von einem traumhaften großen Garten, der auch mitbenutzt werden darf.
