Upper floor: 1 open room 9 m2, with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm), fan. Balcony 7 m2, north facing position and west facing position, terrace 12 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue, deck chairs (2). View of the garden. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n 7 (fenced). Please note: TV only FR. Smoke alarm.

Positif: emplacement top, cuisine et ses équipements, déco sympa, cour intérieure agréable sauf bombardement de figues de barbarie! Négatif: ménage approximatif, j'ai dû remplacer le pied du parasol, canapé défoncé, manque cruel de clim mezzanine, repaire à moustiques, dizaine de marches entre parking et location warning handicapés ! 2 chaises longues dont une cassée.

Positifs : - proximité de la plage et du centre, tout en étant au calme (par rapport à rue) - cuisine, vaste et bien équipée Négatifs : - pas possibilité d'utiliser le store-banne (pourquoi ?) et pas de pied adapté au parasol. - canapé lit défoncé Remarques : - description erronée : ce n'est pas un rez de jardin (dur de monter les vélos) et pas de balcon - logement est calme .. si pas de voisins - logement suffisant pour 2 p sans pb physique (accès mezzanine raide - acc agence minimal

Dans l’ensemble c’est bien sauf à 4 c’est trop petit , le parking est trop serré une personne de la résidence a rayée ma nouvelle voiture (neuve) de la nuit de vendredi à samedi en voulant se stationner il m’a tout rayée le derrière de ma voiture , et on a jamais su qui sa peux être et il ne sais jamais manifester …

Die Wohnung hatte in Cavalaire einen klaren Pluspunkt: Sie ist sehr zentral, der Hafen und der Strand sind fußläufig in 6 Minuten zu erreichen. Da sie hinter einem Wohngebäudekomplex gelegen ist, ist sie auch relativ ruhig. Die Wohnung war funktional eingerichtet und sauber. Das Bett befindet sich in der oberen Etage, was dazu führt, dass es nachts zum Teil sehr heiß war, da die Wohnung nicht über eine Klimaanlage verfügt. Die Schließanlage der Wohnungstür empfand ich als umständlich.

Maisonnette bien équipée et agencée. 2 petites terrasses au calme. Emplacement apprécié pour les plages, les points de visite, les services et commerces à proximité. Suffisant pour 2, un peu juste pour 4. Couchage en mezzanine. Seuls la propreté de la vaisselle et de la salle de bain étaient à revoir à notre arrivée (pourtant ménage inclus). Les liens avec l agence sont très minimalistes.
