Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Terrace 30 m2, north facing position and west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Location Description Ile d'Oléron

L'Ile d'Oleron, 300 km long and 13 km wide, is the 2nd largest island in France. Well-known, family-friendly resort, 40 km from Rochefort, 65 km from La Rochelle, 40 km from Royan. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Disco, museum, cinema. The island is reached from the mainland by car over a 3 km long viaduct. ,To visit: Fort Boyard, the Cite de l'Huitre and Fort Louvois, Hermione worksite in Rochefort sur Mer, La Rochelle aquarium, La Palmyre zoo, Royan world gardens all closeby. The famous Marais with birds and the Port des Salines on the Ile d'Oleron. Thalassotherapy situated in Saint Trojan Les Bains. 9 hole golf course, Par 36, slope 145 situated 8 km from Saint Pierre d'Oleron south of Boyardville. The La Cotiniere fishing harbour. Come and taste the Marennes-Oleron oysters.

Logement bien placé, un peu vieillot mais très propre

Très agréable maison à Oléron Estelle P.

La maison est assez grande, avec tout le nécessaire, dont la machine à laver. Il y a une belle terrasse, très agréable pour prendre les repas, du matin au soir, et la pièce à vivre est assez spacieuse pour s'y rapatrier si besoin. A 4, on est à l'aise. Au coeur de St Pierre d'Oléron, on a tout à côté : supermarché, marché, petites boutiques, location de vélo... Et on est à 30 minutes très agréables à vélo de l'océan. Et tout ça très au calme. Nous avons apprécié nos vacances !
