Villa built in 2023 with a sauna, located in a well-equipped modern archipelago village. The terrace features a hydro massage bath, which can be rented for an additional fee. 85 km southwest of Turku, Archipelago Sea 200 m, boat dock. The beach is shared among the villas of the holiday village. A separate beach sauna can be rented. Rental instructions are in the cabin folder. The villa has a unified living room and open-plan kitchen with access to a spacious terrace. It features an air source heat pump, a bedroom with two beds, and two separate low lofts, one 10 mĀ² and the other 12 mĀ², each with 2 beds. The other loft can be accessed via a movable ladder. There is a bathroom with a shower, WC, and washing machine (inverter washer-dryer). The sauna has an electric sauna stove, and the spacious terrace is furnished with high-quality garden furniture, a gas grill, and a sunshade. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, induction stove, oven, and dishwasher, as well as a kettle, coffee maker, tableware for six, and all necessary cooking utensils. The owner offers two bicycles and two SUP boards for rent (shared among five cabins). It is a short distance to the local amenities and attractions from the villa. KasnƤs harbor, which features a marine spa and offers ferry connections to stunning archipelago destinations, is nearby. Dalsbruk is only 10 minutes away, and the nearest golf course, BjƤrkas Golf, is 15 minutes away. The area also offers day trips to VƤstanfjƤrd, Mathildedal, Perniƶ, SƶderlĆ„ngvik, Ćrƶ fortress island, Hiittinen island, and HƶgsĆ„ra. Restaurant Merikruunu is 30 m away, offering high-quality food year-round. The restaurant's lower floor houses the cozy Pub Underbar. The owner has 5 cabins in the area, making it possible for larger groups to stay in the same area: 17038 Villa Otava, 17039 Villa PohjantƤhti, 17040 Villa Mimosa, 17041 Villa Sirius, and 17042 Villa Orion.
