House/Residence

Single-family house, built in 1995. 500 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'200 m2. Terrace (100 m2), barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: sauna, table football, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 800 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Rømø

Large bathing resort with 600 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, 70 km south from Esbjerg. In the resort: 1 - 10 km: grocery, butchery, bakery, restaurant, museum. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 20 - 25 km. Sights Naturcenter Tønnisgård, Kids' club Rømø Lege- og Labyrintpark, Rømø Sommerland.

Summer

Sandy beach, 12 km long, gently sloping, with beach facilities, suitable for children, 3 km from the resort. Surfing. Golf course. Minigolf. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. The west coast is rough, fresh, roaring and delightfully exhilarating. You will find long, wide and sandy beaches with high dunes as far as the eye can see. You can experience some of Denmark's most scenic sunsets over the North See from the beaches in western Jutland. If you prefer calmer water and characteristic natural experiences, you ought to visit the preserved peninsula Skallingen, where the seals are gambolling, or the bird sanctuary Tipperne at Ringkobing Fjord. These places offer impressive sights, as millions of migratory birds gather here every spring and autumn on their way towards north or south. By the lighthouse 'Blaavandshuk Fyr' you will find Denmark's most western point. Surrounding the lighthouse the many concrete bunkers still bear widness of World War II.

Für den Preis ein sehr gutes H... Stefan D.

Für den Preis ein sehr gutes Haus, geräumig und sauber. Alles an seiner Stelle, viele Möglichkeiten, auch draussen geschützt zu sitzen. Im Haus besteht die Möglichkeit, die großen Fensterflächen durch Vorhänge als Sichtschutz nach draussen zu nutzen, speziell Abends und bei starker Sonne. Der Holzofen ist ideal platziert und heizt das Haus zügig auf. Im Nebengebäude ein Raum mit Kicker, Tischtennisplatte und Steppep, nicht neu, aber für eine kleine Runde reicht es. Faire und stressfreie Abrechnung der Nebenkosten.

Schönes Haus, sehr gepflegt. Was uns unter anderen super gefallen hat,als wir angekommen sind war sogar der Ofen schon an und ein paar Kekse sowie eine vorbereitetet Kaffeemaschine, toller Service. Leider sind die Nachbarn alle zu dicht dran gewesen für unseren Geschmack.

Schönes Haus mit guter Raumaufteilung in Dünennähe- der Abstand zum Nachbarn ist allerdings auch nicht sehr weit… Drumherum mit Terrassen, so dass man den Kaffee je nach Tageszeit in Sonne genießen kann ( wenn sie denn da ist). Inventar gut vorhanden. Insgesamt gute Empfehlung- wir ( Familie mit 3 Kids) würden das Haus wieder buchen!

Das Haus ist wirklich eine 10 von 10, was die Sauberkeit angeht! Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt (in der Küche, an Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten). Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit der Familie.

Super fint hus med rigtig god plads til 7 personer. Alt er i god stand, og beliggenheden for stranden rigtig god. Internet virker fint, der er ikke så mange tv kanaler, så gå en tur.
