Single-family house, built in 1973. 2 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 2'567 m2. Terrace (10 m2), children's playground (swing). In the house: table football, washing machine. Parking at the house. Grocery 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Ringkøbing

Medieval town with 10'000 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Kids' club Naturkraft activities & experience, lakes nearby.

Summer

Sandy beach, gently sloping, suitable for children, 1 km from the resort. Surfing. Golf course. Minigolf. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. Children's playground. The west coast is rough, fresh, roaring and delightfully exhilarating. You will find long, wide and sandy beaches with high dunes as far as the eye can see. You can experience some of Denmark's most scenic sunsets over the North See from the beaches in western Jutland. If you prefer calmer water and characteristic natural experiences, you ought to visit the preserved peninsula Skallingen, where the seals are gambolling, or the bird sanctuary Tipperne at Ringkobing Fjord. These places offer impressive sights, as millions of migratory birds gather here every spring and autumn on their way towards north or south. By the lighthouse 'Blaavandshuk Fyr' you will find Denmark's most western point. Surrounding the lighthouse the many concrete bunkers still bear widness of World War II.

Und hat das Haus sehr gut gefa...

Und hat das Haus sehr gut gefallen, es ist zwar nicht sehr nahe am Strand, aber dafür ist es schön ruhig. Man kann in weniger als einer halben Stunde zu Fuß zum Strand kommen. Das beste am Ferienhaus war das Grundstück, schön bewachsen mit vielen kleinen Pfaden und vielen romantischem Essplätzen. Am liebsten haben wir im Wintergarten gesessen, so konnte man selbst bei Regen draußen sein.

Das Haus an sich war sehr schön, aber die Betten waren dreckig und vergilbt. Es waren im ganzen Haus Spinnweben, die ich wegmachen musste. Es ist sehr ablegen. Man ist aufs Auto angewiesen. Jedoch die Stille war entspannung pur.

Das Haus war unsauber in Schlafräumen, Bäder u.s.w.. Spinnenweben in den Räumen an Decken (Wände) unter dem Bett und im Außenbereich an Fenster und Türen, Tampons hinter der Schlafzimmertür. Laut einem Zettel geschrieben vom Eigentümer sollten wir an der Ostseite des Hauses Tomatenpflanzen und Blumen gießen was garnicht geht...

Das Ferienhaus könnte vielleic... Dirk H.

Das Ferienhaus könnte vielleicht mal wieder an der einen oder anderen Ecke einen neuen Anstrich gebrauchen, bzw. ein wenig modernisiert werden. Völlig hinter der Zeit ist allerdings die Beleuchtung mit Stromfressenden Halogen-Lampen. Ansonsten ein empfehlenswertes Haus und ein Super netter Besitzer. 👍
