Single-family house, built in 2021. 1.4 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 2'687 m2. Outdoor shower, terrace (75 m2). In the house: sauna, table football, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 1.2 km. Golf course 200 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Ringkøbing

Medieval town with 10'000 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea. In the resort: supermarket, shops, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Kids' club Naturkraft activities & experience, lakes nearby.

Summer

Sandy beach, gently sloping, suitable for children, 1 km from the resort. Surfing. Golf course. Minigolf. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. Children's playground. The west coast is rough, fresh, roaring and delightfully exhilarating. You will find long, wide and sandy beaches with high dunes as far as the eye can see. You can experience some of Denmark's most scenic sunsets over the North See from the beaches in western Jutland. If you prefer calmer water and characteristic natural experiences, you ought to visit the preserved peninsula Skallingen, where the seals are gambolling, or the bird sanctuary Tipperne at Ringkobing Fjord. These places offer impressive sights, as millions of migratory birds gather here every spring and autumn on their way towards north or south. By the lighthouse 'Blaavandshuk Fyr' you will find Denmark's most western point. Surrounding the lighthouse the many concrete bunkers still bear widness of World War II.

Wir waren im Juni 2 Wochen dort . Das Haus ist super , es fehlt an nichts . Die Lage ist sehr ruhig trotzdem ist man schnell im kleinen Ort .

Das Haus ist sehr schön und bestens für den Aufenthalt mit 10 Personen geeignet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt !,

Vi havde problemer med lyset i... Karin Mette P.

Vi havde problemer med lyset i loftet, som konstant varierede i styrke. Det var svært at læse mv. Vi forsøgte at ringe til Sol og Strand uden held. Der mangler siddepladser ved TV’et, når huset er til 10 personer. Men ellers et rigtig dejligt hus med dejlige senge og fantastisk ro indendørs med troldtek-lofter.

Huset er overordnet dejligt, men synes dog der er nogle mangler. Kun sengelamper i 3 værelser ud af 5, men dog ikke læselamper. Umuligt at læse både på værelser og stue grundet manglende lamper. Sengene er meget smalle. Der er kun 1 knage og en lille håndklædetørrer på badeværelser i et hus der er beregnet til 10 personer. Badeforhæng og gardiner i stue ville også være dejligt. Dejligt meget porcelæn m.m. og huset ligger dejligt. Afløb stoppet på et af badeværelserne, vi ringede og det blev udbedret samme dag, rigtig god service.

Rigtig godt og funktionelt som...

Rigtig godt og funktionelt sommerhus som er godt afskærmet og ligger fredeligt. God opvarmet spa som flittigt blev benyttet. Vi havde nogle gode dage. Man savner lidt mere affaldsindsamling (info om), vi var meget i tvivl om hvor fx flasker, dåser og pap skulle hen.

Vi manglede "store" skåle til anretning af mad. Der kan godt være noget mere service til anretning. Det er ikke meget der er i huset, når huset er til så mange personer.

Fedt sommerhus med gode aktiviteter. Det er godt indrettet med ro i soverummene mens aktiviteterne kan benyttes. Eneste minus var at luften i huset var meget fugtigt grundet regnvejr. Det kan anbefales at tænde op i pejsen for at varme huset ordentlig igennem og fjerne fugten.
