Single-family house, built in 1977. 950 m from the sea. Private: natural state property 1'363 m2. Terrace (35 m2), barbecue. In the house: sauna, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Grocery 3 km. Golf course 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Aakirkeby

Small, medieval resort with 2'100 inhabitants, in the southern part of the island 3 km from the sea, 15 km south-east from Rønne. In the resort: supermarket, shops, bakery, bank, restaurant, museum. Fitness centre. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Sights Aa Kirke. Access: no access to the resort by car, reachable only by boat from Køge 170 km. Car ferry Køge - Rønne 18 km.

Summer

Sandy beach, 3 km from the resort. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. Bornholm, the island of contrasts, is characterized by its spectacular rocky coasts, deep quarries and waterfalls in the north, its kilometres of white sandy beaches in the south and its beautiful beech forests with forest lakes in the centre of the island. Denmark's only rocky island radiates a quite special atmosphere with its small idyllic fishing villages, the characteristic smokehouses, the round churches and the many sights. Many craftsmen reside on the island and in various places it is possible to visit the local sculptors, glassblowers, potters and painters. Almindingen is the country's fifth largest forest. A beautiful and varied forest in a highland with i.a. ponds and small lakes. This is also the location of Rytterknagten, the highest spot in Bornholm (162 m). At the rocks Helligdomsklipperne between Gudhjem and Allinge, steps lead down through a deep gap. Rugged rock formations in the water contribute to the creation of spectacular scenarios.

Wir waren eine Woche mit der F...

Wir waren eine Woche mit der Familie (Eltern fast 80 Jahre und wir 4 Kinder) im Ferienhaus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die großzügige Terrasse haben wir sehr viel genutzt, da wir gutes Wetter hatten. Bis zum Strand war es ein Stück zu laufen, haben wir aber täglich gemacht. Ansonsten sind wir die Umgebung mit dem Fahrrad abgefahren.

Tolles Ferienhaus, was alles z... Christian S.

Tolles Ferienhaus, was alles zu bieten hat, was man sich vorstellt. Es ist seht großzügig und skandinavisch-modern gestaltet, der Zustand ist sehr gut. An Ausstattung ist alles da, was man braucht, inklusive eines Gasgrilles. Auch an Schlechtwettertagen kann man es sehr gut im Haus und der überdachten Terrasse aushalten. Fahrräder kann man sich in 2 km Entfernung leihen. Das Haus befindet sich im Wald und ist damit sehr ruhig gelegen. Zum Strand sind es etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß, mit dem Rad 5 Minuten. Für das Haus kann man eine klare Empfehlung aussprechen. Wir werden es in den nächsten Jahren bestimmt noch einmal buchen und hoffen, dass die Qualität erhalten bleibt.

Wer Ruhe, Natur und Gemütlichkeit sucht ist in diesem Ferienhaus bestens aufgehoben. Der Weg zum Strand führt durch ein schönes Waldgebiet und ist in 10 - 15 Minuten zu bewältigen. Einzig fehlender Gebrauchsgegenstand war ein Fön, nicht schlimm, aber vielleicht wichtig zu wissen für nachfolgende Gäste :)
