Single-family house "Marija". In the hamlet Jukići 3 km from the centre of Starigrad, 1.6 km from the centre of Seline, 44 km from the centre of Zadar, 1.9 km from the sea, 1.9 km from the beach. Private: property 270 m2 with wildlife garden and trees. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 1.6 km, pebble beach 1.9 km. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

Location Description Starigrad-Paklenica

Starigrad-Paklenica - small, cosy, family-friendly bathing resort with 1'900 inhabitants, in the northern part of the region, directly by the sea, situated at the foot Velebit, 40 km north-east from Zadar. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, sauna, solarium, massage. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 40 km.

Pebble beach, 1 km long, suitable for children. Stoney beach. Outdoor swimming pool. Tennis. Minigolf. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths, mountain hikes, climbing. Bicycle paths. Children's playground, kindergarten.

Als je rust wil, is dit het perfecte huisje, vlakbij de 2de ingang van een heel mooi wandel natuurpark. Gastheren zijn zeer vriendelijk en we kregen zelfs een welkomstpakketje om alvast op de 1ste dag gelijk in de juiste vakantiesfeer te komen.

Etwas dezentral, trotzdem sind die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Strand gut erreichbar. Wer gerne wandert findet in unmittelbarer Nähe das Velebitgebirge mit den Paklenica-Schluchten. Das Haus verfügt über alles, was das Leben angenehm macht: Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage, Sateliten-TV und WLAN

Dies ist wirklich super Ferienhaus mit allem Komfort. Sehr nette Vermieter. Durften unseren mitgebrachten Pool aufbauen. Man wohnt ungestört von Nachbarn. Zur Adria ca. 3min mit Auto und 10min mit dem Fahrrad. Wir können dieses idyllische Ferienhaus nur empfehlen.

Familienurlaub einfach perfekt. Das Haus liegt abgelegen und daher ist es herrlich ruhig. Genau das haben wir gesucht. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Verständigung ein bisschen Deutsch ein bisschen Englisch. Zur Abfahrt gab es noch ein Fläschchen Schnaps und eine Tüte Mandeln. Wir können diesen Ferienort wärmstens empfehlen, wenn man Ruhe sucht und ein sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Haus in Kroatien. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Das Haus bietet alles, was man braucht. Es ist zudem abgelegen genug, um viel Ruhe zu haben, aber nah genug an der Hauptstraße, um alles Mögliche schnell zu erreichen. Man ist auch in ca. 10 min auf der Autobahn. Der Garten mit Grill und die Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter machen das Ganze perfekt. Schwierig war lediglich die Anreise, weil das Haus mit den angegebenen Daten kaum zu finden ist. Aber die netten Nachbarn haben uns dann hingeleitet.

Sehr nett Vermieter und das Haus steht in ruhiger Lage sowie für Familien mit Kindern ist super. Wir würden gerne wieder das Haus mieten, wenn wir nach Kroatien reisen würden.
