Rukavac: 2-family house "Erin". 3 km from the centre of Matulji, 4.5 km from the centre of Opatija, in a sunny position, 4.5 km from the sea, 4.5 km from the beach. For shared use: property 1'500 m2 with plants. Private: swimming pool (above ground) (4 x 2 m, depth 90 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Terrace (40 m2), garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 80 m, supermarket 2.3 km, restaurant 450 m, bus stop 140 m, public bathing area 4.5 km, concrete beach 4.5 km.

Location Description Opatija

Chic, historical, picturesque bathing resort with 12'700 inhabitants, in the centre of the region, directly by the sea, situated at the foot Ucka (1400 m), 12 km south-west from Rijeka. L'appartement est magnifique, et très propre. Il y avait tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Merci à A. pour son accueil et toutes ses petites attentions tout le long du sejour (plateau apéritif, tomates du jardin et le cadeau de souvenir). A. se tient très disponible, c'est une très belle rencontre. L'appartement est très bien situé, à 10 min de la plage en voiture. Endroit calme avec belle vue sur la montagne. Grande terrasse avec piscine hors sol, idéale avec des enfants.

Wir hatten einen superschönen Urlaub in Rukavac (Opatija).Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist ,und wurden sehr herzlich von der Gastgeberfamilie empfangen.Das Apartment war für uns (2 Pers.) einfach perfekt.Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allen notwendigen Dingen ausgestattet.Es fehlte uns an nichts die Gastgeber waren immer für uns da ,und haben uns auch gute Tipps für Unternehmungen gegeben. Wir haben uns einfach sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt und haben dort eine tolle Zeit gehabt.☺️
