Semi-detached house "Makvic". 1 km from the centre of Mošćenička Draga, 5 km from the centre of Lovran, 10 km from the centre of Opatija, in a secluded position, 300 m from the sea, 1 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: property 1'000 m2 (fenced) with plants and trees. Private: terrace (60 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Stepped path (15 steps) to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 1.2 km, pebble beach 1 km. Marina 1 km. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.

Location Description Mošćenička Draga

Small, busy resort with 2'000 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, situated at the foot Ucka, 7 km south-west from Lovran, 14 km south-west from Opatija, 30 km south-west from Rijeka. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, sauna, solarium, massage, thalassotherapy at 7 - 14 km. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 7 - 30 km.

Pebble beach, with beach facilities, suitable for children. Diving, sailing, surfing, sailing school, water skiing, canoeing. Tennis. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths, mountain hikes. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes. Children's playground.

Ferienwohnung mit toller Aussicht Reinhard F.

Wenige hundert Meter vor dem Ortseingang von Mošćenička Draga gelegen, befindet sich das Apartment Makvić in gutem Abstand zur Küstenstraße. Der Blick von der großzügig mit Liegen, Bank, Tischen, Sonnenschirm ausgestatteten Terrasse auf die Kvarner Bucht ist fantastisch. Wir wurden vom gut deutsch sprechenden Vermieter, der mit seiner Familie direkt nebenan wohnt, sehr freundlich betreut. Die geräumige Wohnung ist frisch renoviert, bestens ausgestattet und in tadellosem Zustand.

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön! Leider war der Vermieter unangenehm. Er war mehrfach zur Kontrolle da, so haben wir es empfunden, hat sich beklagt, dass unsere Kinder an den Bäumen im Garten rütteln und dass wir längere Zeit Besuch hätten, die Wohnung sei schließlich nur für 4 Personen ausgelegt. Der Besuch war NICHT über Nacht da. Wenn ich im Urlaub bin, möchte ich selbst bestimmen, wann und wie lange ich Besuch empfange und nicht überwacht werden. Bei der Kautionsrückgabe hat er gesucht. Schade!

Die Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen. Es ist alles sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan, sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und sprechen deutsch. Wir würden uns wieder für das Haus entscheiden.

Dieses sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement lässt nichts vermissen. Der traumhafte Blick auf das Meer hat uns schwärmen lassen. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und spricht auch deutsch. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Unterkunft.

Die FeWo war sauber, modern und top eingerichtet. Es fehlte nix. Viele nette Details (Deko) vorhanden. Der schöne Blick von der Terasse war ein Traum morgens wie abends. Terasse groß mit Liegen, Tisch und Stühlen. Für Erwachsende super mit kleinen Kindern ungeeignet (kein Geländer nd Stufen). Super Gastgeber, spricht deutsch. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Modern und hochwertig eingerichtetes Apartment mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf die ganze Kvarnerbucht. Mit dem Auto nur einige Minuten von der kleinen Ortschaft Moscenicka Draga entfernt (Strand, Supermarkt, Restaurants und Cafés, Arzt). Der Fussweg ist weniger zu empfehlen, da er entlang der Hauptstrasse ohne Gehsteig führt.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit traumhaften Ausblick auf das Meer. Sehr ruhige Lage oberhalb der Straße, großer Parkplatz vorhanden. Das Ferienhaus wurde neu und modern renoviert und alles war sehr sauber, man konnte sich rundum wohlfühlen. Die meiste Zeit haben wir auf der großen Terrasse mit Liegen, Tisch und gemauerten Grill verbracht. Wir haben absolut nichts vermisst und können einen Aufenthalt nur empfehlen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und steht bei Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung.

Wir sagen danke für eine wundervolle Woche in der schick renovierten, super sauberen Ferienwohnung (fühlte sich eher wie ein Haus an) mit wunderschönem Meerblick von Wohnzimmer und Terrasse aus. Überhaupt, die Terrasse ist einfach ein Lieblingsort, absolute Ruhe und Privatsphäre in idyllischer Atmosphäre. Der Empfang durch den Vermieter war sehr herzlich, wir fühlten uns gleich willkommen und freuen uns auf das nächste Mal.
