Dramalj 4 km from Crikvenica: Modern, comfortable semi-detached house "Marika", 2 storeys. 650 m from the centre of Dramalj, in a quiet, sunny position, 500 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach. Private: property 200 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (24 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 650 m, supermarket 2.2 km, restaurant 600 m, bus stop 1.3 km, pebble beach, concrete beach 500 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Crikvenica

Crikvenica is one of the oldest summer resorts on the Mediterranean and a famous health resort with mild climate and luxurious evergreen vegetation. Cosy, family-friendly bathing resort with 7'000 inhabitants, in the south-eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, 30 km south-east from Rijeka. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage, thalassotherapy. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 30 - 35 km.
