Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Wood heating. Upper floor: (open staircase) entrance hall with air conditioning. 3 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (180 cm). Shower/WC. Forced-air heating. Terrace 18 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, deck chairs, box-room. Facilities: iron, logs (free). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Steep stairs towards the upper floor.

Single-family house "Minja", 2 storeys, built in 2015. In the hamlet Martinčići 2 km from the centre of Buje, 8 km from the centre of Umag, 7 km from the sea. Private: property 750 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 04.Apr. - 06.Nov.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 2 km, bus stop 7 km, railway station 34 km, pebble beach 7 km, rocky beach 7 km.

Location Description Umag

Umag is a modern tourist centre, ideal place for healthy and active holidays, with numerous possibilities of sporting recreation: from diving, sailing, biking, hiking, horse-riding to beach volley and tennis. Top-level ATP tennis tournament - Croatian Open takes place in Umag every year. The old town situated on the peninsula is very attractive, with the net of narrow little streets, cafes and small restaurants. Small, cosy, family-friendly holiday resort, in the north-western part of the peninsula, directly by the sea, 30 km north from Porec, 60 km north from Rovinj, 93 km north from Pula. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage. Besides: pharmacy, doctor.

Ruhige Gegend, 6 Km von Umag entfernt. Schönes Haus mit tollem Pool, nur die Einrichtung ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Da muss nachgebessert werden. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder und es hat jedem sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und sehr geräumig. Die Küche bietet alles was man benötigt. Die Zimmern waren sehr schön, jedoch ist das Haus ein Holzhaus und sehr hellhörig. Was mit 2 Kleinkinder nicht unbedingt vorteilhaft ist. Wir hatten auch unseren Hund mit und er fühlte sich auch sehr wohl. Der Garten is groß genug und der Pool war sehr sauber. Es gab genug Sitzmöglichkeiten. Wir wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt!

Das Ferienhaus war perfekt für uns. Wir waren zu viert mit Hund. Wir hatten noch 2 Doppelzimmer frei und das war gut so :D aber ich denke mit mehreren Leuten ist es bestimmt auch schön, jedoch is das Haus sehr Hellhörig. Der Pool war Gepflegt und den Abbildungen getreu. Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt!
