For shared use: property 1'800 m2 (fenced), garden lawn and plants, swimming pool angular (9 x 4 m, depth 60 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 04.Apr. - 06.Nov.). Outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access. Parking on the premises. Shop 200 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 8 km, railway station 38 km, rocky beach 3 km. Marina 8 km, tennis 3 km, riding stable 3 km.

Location Description Poreč

Poreč is one of the most well known and the most modern holiday resorts in Croatia. It's a town of more then 70 sports activities with 170 tennis courts located near to the sea in the nearby well-equipped tourist resorts of the Poreč Riviera. The ancient town on the peninsula was built by the Romans in the 2nd c., with a regular system of streets still maintained today. Today Poreč is a city of culture and fun, with numerous cultural monuments and a plenty of well-known bars, restaurants, night clubs, disco clubs. More than 200 villages that surround Poreč have moustly retained their original istrian style, set in a region of vineyards and olive fields. Famous, historical, busy bathing resort with 17'500 inhabitants, in the western part of the peninsula, directly by the sea, 40 km north from Rovinj, 60 km north from Pula, 35 km south-west from Pazin. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 40 - 60 km.

Alles in allem sehr sehr schön. Extrem zu vorkommender Eigentümer/Vermieter. Schaut immer bei Probleme das es Sofort erledigt wird. Preis Leistung hier perfekt

Vi har været her mange gang og har været tilfreds, men tingende er slidte/brugt og køkkenet trænger til en renovering. Når vi brugte komfuret, slog relæet fra. Emhætten virkede ikke. Natlampe virkede ikke. Der mangler vinglas, ikke alle kunne få et glas.

Lekker rustig mooi appartement mooi zwembad enigste nadeel waren de vele muggen maar na wat insmeren werd het wat minder, de eigenaar was top legde uit hoe alles werkte. We hebben leuke dagen gehad.

Der Vermieter war sehr nett. Der Garten ist pflegebedürftig, Poolbereich sauber und ordentlich. Das Lattenrost professorisch mit Klebeband "repariert", fällt bei fast jeder Bewegung in sich zusammen. Fernsehempfang bei Wind, Regen usw nicht möglich. SAT-Schüssel müsste besser befestigt werden, wackelt wie ein Kuhschwanz. Küche mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden nach einer Woche nicht ausgetauscht. Umliegende Orte gut zu erreichen.

Das Lattenrost wurde durch ein neues ersetzt, um Ihnen und zukünftigen Gästen eine stabile und komfortable Schlafmöglichkeit zu bieten. Zudem wurde die SAT-Schüssel fest und sicher befestigt, sodass der Fernsehempfang auch bei schlechtem Wetter nun zuverlässig funktioniert.

Hat alles gepasst bis auf den Lattenrost der ist mit Panzertape provisorisch Befestigt hab dann nach geklebt weil's nicht gehalten hat da die schienen komplett verbogen sind. Vermieter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ansonsten ein schöner kleiner LP Ort mit Tollen Konbas am besten zum empfehlen ist das Konba Teran

Wir waren mit Kind dort für eine Woche. Im Großen und Ganzen eine tolle Unterkunft mit freundlichem Vermieter. Da mit komplett eingezäunten Grundstück geworben wurde, haben wir unseren Hund mitgenommen. Allerdings konnte er nicht immer frei rumlaufen, da es nicht dauerhaft eingezäunt war. Das Bad hatte an der Dusche etwas Schimmel und die Betten haben bei der kleinsten Bewegung gequietscht. Sonst war es wirklich schön! Ein sehr gepflegter Pool und das Haus an sich sehr idyllisch.
