Open kitchen (2 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, 2 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Oil heating. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free).

Apartment house "Jukić". 200 m from the centre of Kaštelir, 12 km from the centre of Novigrad, 13 km from the centre of Poreč, in a sunny position, 7 km from the sea. For shared use: property 2'300 m2, garden with plants, swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 130 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 02.May. - 30.Sep. pool opening hours: 09:00-19:00). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue house, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access. Parking on the premises. Shop, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 12 km, railway station 40 km, pebble beach 7 km. Tennis 200 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

Location Description Poreč/Kaštelir

Small village with 280 inhabitants, in the north-western part of the peninsula 8 km from the sea, in the countryside, 11 km north-east from Poreč, 64 km north from Pula, 42 km north from Rovinj. In the resort: grocery, bakery, restaurant. Besides: pharmacy 11 km, doctor 11 km. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 11 km. Access: motorway B8 Rijeka - Pula, exit number 3 "Rogovići" 35 km from Poreč/Kaštelir. Then road 48 Škropeti - Višnjan - Kaštelir.

Summer

Beach, 8 km from the resort. Pebble beach, 8 km from the resort. Rocky beach, 8 km from the resort. Sports harbour Marina Poreč in 13 km. Summer sports 13 km. Tennis, golf course in Umag 40 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Mountain bike routes.

Wir wurden mit sehr viel Herzlichkeit trotz staubedingter Verspätung empfangen. Die Vermieterfamilie hat das richtige Gefühl für Distanz und Nähe. Wir waren das erste Mal in Kroatien und hatten natürlich sehr viele Fragen zu Land und Leuten. Frau J. hat sich oft mit uns unterhalten und uns die Fragen nach besten Möglichkeiten beantwortet. Der Urlaub war ein genuss und sollten wir die Möglihkeit haben, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder dorthin fahren.

Viel Ruhe - schönes gepflegtes Anwesen und sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Küche komplett eingerichtet so das man wie gewohnt sich auch mal etwas zubereiten kann. Sehr gute Möglichkeit vor der Wohnung unter einen bewachsenen überdachten Veranda zu sitzen
