Supermarket 850 m, shopping centre 2.8 km, restaurant 350 m, bakery 260 m, café, tram"Onderweg naar Vismijn" 400 m, bus stop "De Lijn" 210 m, railway station "Station NMBS Oostende" 3 km. Surf school 550 m, walking paths from the house 900 m. Nearby attractions: Jumpsquare Oostende 1.6 km, Fort Napoleon 1.9 km, wekelijkse markt Bredene 3.8 km, wekelijkse markt Vuurtoren 700 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: watersport Oostende Spuikom 550 m. Hiking paths: Vicognebos Bredene 900 m. Please note: no lift. Sandy beach, 7 km long, up to 150 m wide, with beach facilities, suitable for children. Surfing, sailing school. Tennis, golf course 9 hole in Wellington Golf Oostende. Minigolf. Beach volleybally court. Hiking paths, children's hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. Children's playground, leisure park "Maria Hendrikapark".

Logement très bien équipé manque juste une machine à laver mais il y a des lavomatiques assez près (à trois minutes en voiture). Très propre et de sympathiques attentions pour les enfants ( petits jouets) très agréable de pouvoir profiter des trois extérieurs, rue calme.

Insgesamt recht schmutzig, viele Kleinigkeiten defekt, keine Schlüssel für Bad/WC, Geschirr extrem verkalkt, ... Lage sehr gut, Parken sehr gut, Aufteilung gut. Unterm Strich so gerade noch befriedigend.

Die Wohnung ist hell, geräumig und gut geschnitten. Die Treppen sind aber etwas eng. Leider fehlten die Bedienungsanleitungen für die Elektrogeräte. Da während unserer Ferienzeit ein Stadtteilfest stattfand, war die Parkplatzsuche langwierig und der gefundene Parkplatz immer weit entfernt. Vor und nach dem Fest war das etwas einfacher. Dass erwartet wurde, die Schlüssel bei Anreise zwischen 15 und 17 Uhr und bei Abreise um 10 Uhr im entfernten Nachbarort Bredene abzugeben, war lästig.
