Above Hippach, in the district of Schwendberg, 6 km from the centre of Hippach, 9 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 1 km from the skiing area. Private: garden with lawn, lawn for sunbathing. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: sauna (extra). Storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking. Carport. Shop 4 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 5 m. Gondola lift 1 km, slopes 1 km, ski bus stop 5 m. Nearby attractions: Zillertaler Höhenstraße, Adlerbühne Ahorn. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Ski Zillertal 3000, Möslbahn 1 km, Zillertal Arena 10 km, Hintertuxer Gletscher 30 km. Hiking paths: Melchboden. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. The tiled stove is not self-heating, the landlord will heat it on request. The sauna session is included 2*, after which it can be booked for 25 euros/3 hours! Parking a mobile home is prohibited for reasons of space.
