Top floor: 1 large room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 200 - 100 cm with 1 double sofabed, 1 double bed and satellite TV. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven) with dining table. Exit to the balcony. Bathroom, sep. WC. 2 balconies, terrace. Terrace furniture, sitting area. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm. The house can be occupied by a maximum of 14 people (including a cot). 2 extra beds for a 15th or 16th person are possible for a fee. The deposit will be collected in cash by the landlord and transferred after departure.

Ski school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten. 40 km cross country ski tracks in the region, winter walking paths. Toboggan runs. Natural ice rink. Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: Hintertuxer Gletscher at 47 km. Guaranteed snow well into April because of Hochfuegen's elevated ski resort. Unique apres ski in Fuegen.
