Exit to the balcony. Kitchen-/living room (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC. Wooden floors. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking (1 car). Please note: non-smokers only. 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Anteroom/reading room with table and 2 armchairs. Partly covered balcony with furniture. Laminate and wooden floors.

Cosy house "Föhrenheim". In the district of Weidach, 500 m from the centre, 6.5 km from the centre of Seefeld, in the residential district, 1.2 km from the skiing area. For shared use: property 150 m2 with lawn. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking. Shop 500 m, supermarket 250 m, restaurant 500 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Führenwald" 120 m, railway station "Seefeld" 7 km, outdoor swimming pool 1.5 km, indoor swimming pool 1.5 km. Walking paths from the house 200 m, ski lift 1.2 km, ski bus stop 400 m, sled run 1.2 km, cross country ski track 400 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Kreith Alm 1.2 km, Rosshütte 7 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Wildsee 7 km. Hiking paths: Wetterstein, Alpenpark Karwendel. The two apartments are in the front half of the house. 1 parking space per apartment on the property (not suitable for cars with low ground clearance). Access to the huge network of cross-country trails is in the immediate vicinity.

Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground.

Winter

Ski areas: Rosshutte, GSchwandtkopf, Kreithlift. Calais 1037 km. Planned dates for 2007/8: resort opens 15 Dec 2007. Resort closes 29 Mar 2008. 1 mountain lift, 2 cableways, 6 chair lifts, 18 drag lifts, 2 children's ski lifts. Snow park, halfpipe. Ski school, children's ski school, ski kindergarten. 279 km cross country ski tracks in the region, high altidude pistes 1'200 - 1'500 m high, winter walking paths. 5 toboggan runs. Natural ice rink, artificial ice rink. Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: Zugspitze at 45 km, Hochmoos Leutasch.

Es war in Ordnung. Es hätte etwas freundlicher gestaltet werden können. Das Küchen Equipment war ziemlich zusammen gewürfelt. Es war kein Besen vorhanden. Und Gästekarten haben wir auch nicht erhalten. Wir hatten keinerlei Kontakt zum Vermieter, bei Problemen lag eine Handynummer da.

First, we have had a nice holiday, but this depended mainly of the activities outdoor. The apartment has enough place for two persons, the interior is nice. There are two badrooms. The neighborhood is quiet. Unfortunately the kitchen is very poorly equipped. No soupspoon, no breadknife, no microwave oven, cooking pans without cover, and covers without pans... This can be improved with little cost.
