Cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed, shower/WC, satellite TV, radio and electric heating. 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave). Parquet floors. Small terrace. Terrace furniture. Facilities: Internet (WiFi). Please note: non-smokers only.

House/Residence

Seecamping Berghof 15 km from Villach: The BERGHOF holiday village is located directly on the Seecamping Berghof campsite. The campsite and the holiday village are nestled between Gerlitzen Alps and Ossiach Tauern, directly on the south bank of the Ossiach lake. The cozy mobile homes with modern equipment ensure a pleasant living atmosphere. In the summer season from mid-April to mid-October, all facilities on the camping site are available to guests: supermarket, restaurant, 2 beaches with sunbathing lawns, 3 children’s playgrounds, indoor play and climbing area, as well as children’s area. All-day children’s entertainment is also offered during the holiday periods (Whitsun, summer holidays). Large sports area with soccer field, tennis court (€ 8.00 / h), beach volleyball court and adventure mini golf (€ 6.00 / person). Note: The campsite is closed in the winter months and these facilities are therefore not available to you. In winter only the holiday village is open for self-catering.

Bathing lake. Tennis. Riding. Fishing. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths. The Faaker and Ossiacher lake are close by.

Winter

The sun does overtime in Gerlitzen, the heart of Kaernten, while you are enjoying winter. Over 150 ha of diverse and well prepared pistes in all directions invite you to a few turns on the skis or snowboard. Ski-region Gerlitzen 15 km, total of 14 lifts. 1 cabin cabin, 6 chair lifts, 7 drag lifts. Total 27 km ski runs, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school, children's ski school. Cross country ski tracks, winter walking paths. Toboggan runs. Artificial ice rink.

can recommend, a great location for families with kids, both in winter and summer, we were there in winter, ski holiday for the kids, gerlitzen alpe is perfect for kids at beginner level.

We didn't expect everything in the camp will be closed, so that was a shame and whole day is the shadow on the house. The house is very nice and I believe that being here during summer is a great staying, but these days we stayed wasn't much happening in the camp.
